Splinterlands Battle Challenge with Furious Chicken.

When you're on the battlefield, do you ever feel like you need something for bait? Then I think Furious Chicken should be your best choice.
This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counterattack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.

A Brief Info About The Match
The battles mana cap was 19 with the "Standard" rule where I've used the dragon splinter using the death team and my opponent used the fire splinter against me.
My Lineup.
I had my Furious Chicken in level 1, Phantom Soldier in level 1, Manticore in level 1 & Darkest Mage in level 1.
And my opponent had his/her cards as Goblin Mech in level 1, Zalran Efreet in level 1, Creeping Ooze in level 1 & in level 1.
Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.
No 01: Furious Chicken (Rare Neutral Monster)
This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.

No 02: PHANTOM SOLDIER (EPIC Death Monster)
I still remember those days playing battle with death splinter where there was this monster. Then when I added this monster to my deck, I could see its beauty... the beauty in its action. With "flying" ability, this monster is the best fit in the earthquake ruleset and it has so nice powers.
My PHANTOM SOLDIER is in level 1 with 2 magic attacks, 3 speed, 8 health with "Flying" ability, and it needs 8 mana for the battle.

No 03: Manticore (Epic Dragon Monster)
Manticore is one of my favorite monsters in dragon splinter. I can't think of any other melee attacker with "Reach" ability than Manticore. when I play with dragon splinter.
My Manticore is in level 1 with 1 melee attack, 3 speed, 6 health with "Flying & Reach" ability and it needs 4 mana to play.

Nor 04: DARKEST MAGE (EPIC Death Monster)
This seems the Doctor Strange of splinterlands.
I'm very very thankful to Gerber as he delegated me a Darkest Mage in level 6 and then I started using it and got to know its nice features although I'm using this monster in level 1 right now which I own myself.
This magician is so cool that I wish to play every battle with him/her.
My Darkest Mage is in level 1 with 1 magic attack, 2 speed & health and it needs ONLY 2 mana.

- In my personal opinion... Furious Chicken is a nice bet for the ruleset.

For the special ability of my summoner, all magic monsters of my team got +1 magic attack each. And for the special ability of my opponent's summoner, all monsters of my opponent team got +1 speed each. Then... for the special ability "Slow" of my opponent's Creeping Ooze, all my monsters lost 1-speed attack each.
Then the Goblin Mech of my opponent, the most speed holder in both teams started the battle with its first attack on my Furious Chicken and killed it. I've used my Furious Chicken there as a solid bait and it seemed my strategy with the Furious Chicken got success. My Phantom Soldier and Darkest Mage attacked and killed most health of the Goblin Mech of my opponent while my Manticore killed some shield as well. Goblin Mech was the primary target of my team as that's a monster with a big attack.
Right after that, Zalran Efreet attacked and killed my Phantom Soldier and got +1 health for its"Life Leech" ability. My team had only two monsters at that moment against four monsters of my opponent team. Then my Manticore attacked the Goblin Mech but it only could get a single shield.
I was lucky that my Darkest Mage was attacking the next. It attacked and killed the Goblin Mech of my opponent and I kinda got relieved. Now my opponent team had only one monster that could attack while I had two monsters with attacking powers although that only monster of my opponent could get an extra life every time he attacked my monsters and he successfully killed my Manticore cause it was getting extra life continuously but I was lucky that it had 2 life at the end and my Darkest Mage also could kill 2 life.
Then my Darkest Mage attacked and killed that Zalran Efreet of my opponent and then it was the responsibility of my Darkest Mage to finish off other opponent monsters as well and it was easy as those monsters didn't have attack powers.
The battle got finished in round 7 while my team had only one monster alive. It was indeed a fantastic battle that my team fought.
