Welcome to my blog where I'll share my winning match with Naga Brute in splinterlands. And with this post; I'm going to join SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! Naga Brute

ABILITIES: Void Armor at level 1; Thorns at level 5; Return Fire at level 8
This monster is a hybrid species that can breathe both water and air which we can know from the lore. Having "Thorn & Return Fire" abilities at a higher level, this monster can attack opponents but it can't attack at a lower level as it doesn't have any attack ability of its own. Its "Void Armor" ability helps it to attract magic attacker to attack it's armor at first before it's health which unlocks at level 1 with 1 card, its "Thorns" ability helps it to return back the damage to melee attacker when it gets hit which unlocks at level 5 with 60 cards and it's health which unlocks at level 1 with 1 card, its "Return Fire" ability helps it to do the same as with thorns ability but it's for ranged attacker which unlocks at level 8 with 220 cards.

Right now, my Naga Bruteis in level 1 which offers me 1 speed, 7 armor & 4 health with "Void Armor" ability and it needs 6 mana to play.

Yeah about that... In this match; I've played with dragon splinter with the death team using the Drake of Arnak summoner.

A Brief Info About The Match
The battles mana cap was 28 with the "Standard" rule where I used dragon splinter with death team for the match and my opponent used fire splinter against me.
My Lineup.
I had my Haunted Spirit in level 1, Manticore in level 1, Naga Brute in level 1, Darkest Mage in level 1, Twisted Jester in level 1 & Haunted Spider in level 1.
And my opponent had his/her cards as Pit Ogre in level 1. Grumpy Dwarf in level 1, Centaur in level 1, Fire Beetle in level 1, Cyclops in level 1 & Kobold Miner in level 1.
Let me talk about cards that I used in this battle.
Summoner: DRAKE OF ARNAK (RARE Dragon Summoner) - as summoner.
This is a nice dragon summoner in the rare edition that offers +1 armor to all friendly monsters. When it comes to playing with the dragon splinter and you want to do it with a nice low-cost summoner, then I think this summoner is your best choice. Its current market price is less than half a dollar and with that, it's offering friendly monsters +1 armor which is really good, in my sense.
Drake of Arnak needs 4 mana for battle and I'm using this summoner in level one at the moment.

No 01: HAUNTED SPIRIT (RARE Death Monster)
This is the melee attacker of death splinter which I use in every battle that I play with death splinter if it's available for that battle. One of the finest monsters of death splinter. I like it's power, especially it's "Heal" ability.
My HAUNTED SPIRIT is in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 2 speed, 7 health with the "Heal" ability and this monster need 5 mana to play.

No 02: Manticore (Epic Dragon Monster)
Manticore is one of my favorite monsters in dragon splinter. I can't think of any other melee attacker with "Reach" ability than Manticore. when I play with dragon splinter.
My Manticore is in level 1 with 1 melee attack, 3 speed, 6 health with "Flying & Reach" ability and it needs 4 mana to play.

No 03: Naga Brute (Common Dragon Monster)
I've seen this monster before but I didn't use it before in a battle unless it became the theme card of a weekly challenge. Nor 04: DARKEST MAGE (EPIC Death Monster)
This seems the Doctor Strange of splinterlands.
I'm very very thankful to Gerber as he delegated me a Darkest Mage in level 6 and then I started using it and got to know its nice features although I'm using this monster in level 1 right now which I own myself.
This magician is so cool that I wish to play every battle with him/her.
My Darkest Mage is in level 1 with 1 magic attack, 2 speed & health and it needs ONLY 2 mana.

No 05: TWISTED JESTER (RARE Death Monster)
It's my favorite monster in splinterlands which is Twisted Jester.
I'm a big fan of this card from the beginning of my splinterlands journey so I don't need to check on its ability.
Twisted Jester is a good fit for the match for its special abilities and high attack, speed, health.
Oh, I like that clown a lot.
He doesn't talk but he bites, so be careful.
My TWISTED JESTER is in level 1 with 2 ranged attacks, 3 speed, 4 health with "Snipe" ability and it needs 4 mana to play.

No 06: HAUNTED SPIDER (COMMON Death Monster)
This is a spider but not a normal one. You should check on its nails, they're as sharp as blades made with steel. This is a very nice and helpful monster in death splinter. It's a great fit for the little mana rule too.
My HAUNTED SPIDER is in level 1 with 2 ranged attacks, 1 speed, 2 health and it needs 3 mana to play.

- In my personal opinion... Naga Brute is a nice fit for the ruleset if it's about having a nice extra armor and it's so helpful in higher levels as well otherwise, it's nota good fit in lower levels especially.

For the special ability of my summoner Drake of Arnak, all friendly monsters got +1 armor each, and for the special ability of my opponent's summoner, all melee monsters of the opponent team got +1 melee attack each. Then the most speed holder, my Twisted Jester started the battle with its first attack on opponent teams Centaur, and then the Centaur also attacked one of my monsters.
I thought only a magic attacker would attack the armor of the Naga Brute first but my Naga Brute attracted the ranged attackers of the opponent team as well to attack its armor first.
This is the moment when the opponent and I both knew that I'm winning. The opponent had only the Kobold Miner with low health while my team had four monsters and only one of my monsters could beat the opponent at this moment so it was a sure shot that I was winning.
It was an easy peasy battle for my team and all the monsters of my team did well in attacking their targets.
The battle got finished at the beginning of round 6 while my team still had four monsters alive. It was indeed a fantastic battle that my team fought.
