My pixelart version of Prince Julian in the Splinterlands game. In this pixelart, I animated the wand of Prince Julian. We can see it glowing or beating like the heart of a dragon. An interesting trivia about Prince Julian is he was hatched from a very special egg.
I started on the outline of the head of Prince Julian.
Outline of its body and arms.
Legs and shoes.
Adding the outline of its ears.
Creating the outline of the crown.
Making the seat of Prince Julian.
Adding details
Creating the wand
Coloring its face and fingers.
Making some adjustments on its clothes position then I started to color it.
Its skin and clothes were almost done.
Adding details on the clothes.
Shadings and shadows
Coloring the crown
Adding details on the crown and eyes.
Coloring the seat of Prince Julian.
Changed the color of the background.
Coloring the wand and adjusting the opacity.
Coloring some parts of the seat for the glowing effect.
Adjusting the opacity of the wand on each frame.
