I always liked the dark and sinister look of the Chaos Agent. Deployed to sow fear and dissent in the chaos planes, this common neutral unit from the chaos legion deck offers a great fit in many lineups and rulesets.

Before I share with you the art progression. Let's have a quick overview of this monster and what it brings into your deck. At 1 mana cost, you get a 2 speed summon with 1 health and no attack. This card is very useful when you want to attract opportunity or snipe ability monsters. Or can also be used as an additional tank on low mana battles especially on the health up ruleset. At level 2 it gains the dodge ability useful in physical damage battles. Level 6 gives it the phase ability, one of the newer skills in the game, that allows the chaos agents to evade magic attacks. And at maximum level you get another new ability called backfire, this skill will deal 2 damage to enemy misses.

Art Progression

Illustration was made using the iPad thru the ProCreate application. You can see the full completion of this drawing below. Starting with the pencil sketch, moving on to creating solid outlines by using a pen marker. Applying base paint colors, Blending and shading with the use of different layers and adding a simple one color background.

    Great work as always! This was the first card that I was drawn to when I got my first look at Chaos Legion due to his resemblance to Bruce Willis' character in one of my all-time favourite movies...Unbreakable!
