Hello everyone. Today I am going to share my battle in @splinterlands.
Battle details: I played with death splinter. And my opponent used a water splinter against me.
Battle rules:
It was a battle with 42 mana cap and two rules:
Equal Opportunity: All monsters have the Opportunity ability.
Briar Patch: All monsters have the Thorns ability.
Battle lineup:
- THADDIUS BROOD level 4. This Death summoner lowers my opponents health and magic power by 1.
- DARK HA'ON level 2. This legendary death monster has a lot of health and some armor. But the main reason why I picked this monster as my tank is that it has Taunt and Scavenger abilities. That means that this monster is hard to kill and that it protects the rest of the team- perfect tank.
- CTHULHU level 2. This death monster has high magic power and health. But most importantly it has stun ability.
- ANCIENT LICH level 2. This death monster has one of my favorite abilities- Life Leech. It gains health every time it damages the opponent.
- REVEALER level 3. Another death monster with stun ability.
- MAGI NECROSI level 1.This death monster has snipe and Camouflage abilities. I had to use it because this monster is the theme of this week's challenge.
- CORPSE FIEND level 1. This monster doesn't cost mana and I still had one monster spot remaining.
Battle strategy.
I hoped that DARK HA'ON will keep my enemy occupied long enough for my mages to do a lot of damage. I also added CORPSE FIEND in case my tank would fall too soon. Battle rules meant that after defeating my monster with taunt ability my enemy would first attack my monster with lowest health.
On the battlefield.
My summoner lowered my opponent's magic attacks by 1. During first round I already managed to slay most of my opponents monsters. And I only lost CORPSE FIEND.
At this point my opponent no longer had any hope of victory.
I defeated his remaining monsters and won this battle.
In this battle I won 0.128 SPS and 30 League Rating. My strategy worked well-my DARK HA'ON held of my opponenrt's attacks and my mages slayed his monsters one after other.
I don't use MAGI NECROSI often.
I would like having SAND WORM in my team.
Final Thoughts: MAGI NECROSI - worth buying?
Yes. It has decent attack power and can't be attacked unless it is in a first position. I should probably use it more often.
