Greetings fellow Splinterlands fans, here I come with battle number 31 of this series of curious confrontations. This time it stands out because a water legend summoner was present against me!

In the first position, a level 2 demonic shark faces my legendary dragon knight, who with his "void" skill was very strong and resisted a lot in the vanguard. Since he faced the skill "Halving" his damage was reduced, added to that the blindness generated by the enemy summoner made him miss attacks, however in his role as a tank he did quite well. His "Divine Shield" was not so new because the battle condition granted it to everyone, but it was still helpful.

The demonic shark reached 8 armor but this was not of great help because the offensive I chose was focused on magic, so he fell before the end of the first turn, however he revived by the support of "River Hellondale" so his stay was extended a little longer.

For the second position, one of my favorite cards shines, Void Dragon, also with Void but standing out for its Flying and speed, along with its aggressiveness boosted by the summoner buff. The magical outpost was such that there was no need for him to replace the main tank, as they swept the enemy team before they took him down.

Djinn Oshannus was present in the enemy strategy, giving time to his offensive and dodging attacks from the tank he faced, however, the void hindered his goal of knocking him down.

Lobstradamus was the magical rival of the third position, this one, with his "shield" and "return fire" gave quite a few problems to my rear archer. In the same place but in my territory was "Venari BoneSmith", a vitality thief who wasted no time in the battle as he delivered the coup de grace to the demonic shark and also to the Oshannus, while continuing to increase his life in the process.

A resuscitator? So it was, "River HellonDale", which gave the main shark more time to wreak havoc, however the opportunity was not given by BoneSmith's guard. This miraculous mage fell to a blow from the empowered Lich who is known for his habit of consuming life and augmenting his own. In this game, the legendary old man ended up accumulating 12 life points, which gives an idea of all the damage he was able to do on his guard.

For the rearguard a golden opportunist and an epic scientist were covering the enemy, one who did not hesitate to finish off my snipe-loving archer and the other who excelled at reducing the tank's damage, however his support was not enough to bend the momentum he faced.

In my rearguard "Prismatic Energy" was part of the magic machine gun that dominated the game and "Twisted Jester" did not perform well as he faced his kryptonite, an opportunist, "return fire" present and a "shield" carrier.

Curious facts:

  • Despite the powerful enemy combination, only the "Twisted Jester" fell, the rest of the team held its own, although the tank was just a touch away from collapse. It was a pretty good counter, I would say that if I had chosen another mage in the rear, the battle would have ended sooner.

  • Another curiosity: A single card of the legendary "Lir DeepSwimmer" costs a minimum of $64.99, unbelievable!

  • Final curiosity: I had another battle in poisonous terrain and it was with a strategy very similar to the one mentioned in the previous post of this series that I achieved victory!
