Pelacor Arbalest is a 6 Mana Life rare unit whose strength lies in its Double Strike. Below is her full stats from Level 1 to 10.
At level 1, it has a speed of 2 with 2 range attack and a miserable 2 HP 😆. Although a bit slow, its Double Strike ability make him a scary DPS unit. Its main weakness is his low HP and speed making him a glass cannon.
By the time it reached level 5, it will gain the Flying ability which would makes him useful in Earthquake ruleset.
Next lets take a look at how Arbalest will perform in the various rulesets:

TEAM SETUP:

Supply Runner | 6 | 4th | My first ranged attacker. Supply runner at level 5 has Swift. It would be a very important unit when Riftwatcher units come into play. |
Pelacor Arbalest | 6 | 5th | Main attacker. With General Sloan +1 ranged damage, the total damage Arbalest can dish out is 3 and it will hit 2 times each round making it a potential 6 damage per round! |
Prismologist | 8 | 6th | Last ranged attacker. Prismologist is there for the damage and also to buffer Arbalest from Sneak attackers. |

Battle Lineup:
My opponent went with Earth. It was quite a standard lineup with Unicorn Mustang as the tank and Mycelic Slipspawn to draw fire away from the Unicorn. The issue with this lineup is most of the units are without shield and thus very vulnerable to my ranged attack especially considering I have a unit that can dish out 6 damage per turn.
End of Round 1:
By the end of first round, the opponent has lost the back tank Slipspawn. The Unicorn wouldn't be able to hold out much too in the next round unless I keep missing.
End of Round 2:
By the end of round 2, half the opponent team is gone. Arbalest did indeed miss 1 hit but still the damage has already been done.
End of Round 3:
The entire fight only last 3 rounds. Do note that this is a high mana battle too. Arbalest's Double Strike is crazily good!
KEY STRATEGY
My main priority is to help Pelacor Arbalest hit its target and I do that by reducing opponent's unit speed with Time Mage. Without Time Mage, there is a much higher probability of it missing against units like Unicorn Mustang and Regal Peryton.
CONCLUSION ON PELACOR ARBALEST
A very important Life unit in my opinion. It is very scary in some situation but also very vulnerable. To use it well, it must be heavily protected. Otherwise it can be easily taken out by Opportunity or Sneak units.
