I'm excited to scale-up my Splinterlands game play with higher level summoner and monster cards. This happened after being challenged by a curator to build up my deck.
I got two special summoners with 3 ability enhancements - CHANSEUS THE GREAT and GRANDMASTER RATHE, both are level 2 summoners with awesome ability enhancements. I also got level 2 GENERAL SLOAN summoner. Incredible to see the performances of DAX PARAGON used with these summoners.
I also got three monster units at level 2 to battle alongside DAX PARAGON at level 2. Below are the cards.
Using level 2 DAX PARAGON: for battles has been amazing. About 10 battles so far fought and about 5 has been won so far. Level 1 DAX Paragon looked so harmless since it has no ability. But this level 2 character is endowed with a special ability. Below are the details of DAX PARAGON:

Attack: MAGIC
Abilities: Amplify
At level 2, DAX PARAGON is rated 2 manna, 3 health, 1 magic attack, 2 speed and Amplify ability. The amplify ability increases Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy monsters by 1.
DAX PARAGON battle with CHANSEUS THE GREAT summoner
CHANSEUS THE GREAT is a fire summoner. The summoner is rated 7 and has 3 ability enhancements.
- Restore some armor to the friendly monster whose armor has taken the most damage each round.
- Heals the friendly back-line monster that has taken the most damage each round.
- Resurrects one friendly monster after it dies.
For me, CHANSEUS THE GREAT is a full defensive summoner as the enhancements are defensive. I have used DAX PARAGON with the summoner in some battles. I lost the initial until I knew which cards to combine effectively.

All of my cars were life cards.
It was a 5round battle where both sides flexed their muscles but my team did better and ended up with a win. As captured in the title, the win was flawless in that all my 3 monster units were still intact at the end of the battle.
Thanks to the super ability of the summoner that restored the armor of the leading monster and that of Pelacor Arbalest each round. Dax Paragon stayed unhurt through out the battle and finished with 3 hearts still.
It was one of the best battles I've had in Splinterlands so far.
DAX PARAGON battle with GRANDMASTER RATHE summoner
When I thought U had enough with CHANSEUS THE GREAT, I discovered another powerful summoner in GRANDMASTER RATH. GRANDMASTER RATHE also has 3 ability enhancements for its friendly monsters.
- All friendly monsters have +1 armor
- All friendly monsters receive the void armor ability at the start of the battle
- All friendly monsters receive the Amplify ability at the start of the battle.

All of my cars were life cards.
This was interestingly another flawless battle for GRANDMASTER RATHE Summoner, DAX PARAGON and fellow monster units.
In this battle I had Four monster units to fight with. The +1 armor and void ability for all friendly monsters gave my team a very smooth start for the battle . The lead enemy monster with the thorn ability was eliminated with ease.
Pelacor Arbalest had very many successful double strikes and that helped to destroy the enemies. In all DAX PARAGON stayed unhurt throughout the battle but made significant strikes that decimated the enemy monsters.
What's special with my DAX PARAGON fights
I have discovered a great pair with DAX Paragon and that is Pelacor Arbalest. As long as the health of the double range attacking monster can be preserved, it remains a great support system for DAX PARAGON.
I will be glad to use the above strategy as many times as possible with a conscious accommodation of Pelacor Arbalest in all the fights that involve DAX paragon.
I would try out the higher level of fight with those summoners and DAX Paragon to see how the results turns out.
