Hello Splinter lords, hope you are having a great week so far.
Today I want to share my battle for the #splinterlands weekly battle challenge. This weeks challenge is featuring Simplymike´s favorite card /Drums Playing in the background...
BARKING SPIDER!!!

I had to buy a few extra BCX to level up Barking Spider to level 6, that´s when she learns the ability Bind.
Let me show you the battle rules for this fight.
As you can see this is a 34 mana cap battle. The rules of combat are Weak Magic (All magic hits first armor) and No neutrals allowed. Besides that the only splinter not allowed to be use in this battle is the Dragon Splinter.
So taking the above battle rules, This is the following formation I used for this fight.
Main Tank (Flesh Golem Level 5)
This card is good because it has a lot of health, heal and decent speed attack for only 6 mana.
Second Monster and Secondary Tank (Earth Elemental level 8)
Even tho this monster has range, its great as a secondary tank, because it has a lot of health and heal for only 3 mana.
3rd Position (Child of the Forest level 8)
This card has good speed and very good against flying units in the back, using snype and entangle abilities is a good combination with the other monster I use in this battle with snipe.
4th Position (Barking Spider level 6)
Here it is, the Barking Spider, this card is great in this battle, because of the blind ability, which gives 15% miss chance to all the ranged and melee monsters of the opponent. Considering the Weak Magic rule, it will be very likely that I get most monsters of the enemy with melee and range attack, this is the main reason why Barking Spider is good on this Rule.
5th Position (Mitica Headhunter level 2)
Great Damage with the Entangle ability to make sure he hits even the quickest monsters with the flying ability like Spirit of the Forest.
6th and last possition (Spirit of the Forest level 4)
Very powerful card, very fast with flying, and snipe, also great as support with protect and tank heal.
