Welcome back everyone, or if it is the first time doing a giveaway with me, then hello. The card to be given away is the Pelacor Mercenary. Following that, in the next two giveaways, I am planning on cycling through the two remaining common Pelacors, starting with the life splinter and ending with the death splinter. I have yet to decide what will happen after that.
