La ilustración fue realizada en el programa vectorial illustrator cs6 y también en autodesk sketchbook. ¡Aquí vamos!
Ya deben haber notado como me gusta hacer versiones propias de los personajes mostrando una versión anime y también un estilo diferente. En este caso, le di a Tarsa una versión anime shoujo, le cambién un poco el estilo de cabello con unas mechas, a diferencia de su color naranja total, las mechas amarillas siempre quedan bien en un cabello naranja, el naranja está en dos tonos uno más claro que el otro, si notan el amarillo también tiene una degradación de naranja.
El cambio no solo viene del cabello, también en la personalidad, Tarsa viene con una expresión de fiera en su personaje real, aquí dejo una referencia de ella:

You must have already noticed how I like to make my own versions of the characters showing an anime version and also a different style. In this case, I gave Tarsa a shoujo anime version, I changed her hair style a bit with some highlights, unlike her total orange color, yellow highlights always look good on orange hair, orange is in two tones one lighter than the other, if you notice the yellow also has an orange degradation.
The change not only comes from the hair, but also in her personality, Tarsa comes with a fierce expression in her real character, here is a reference of her:

En este caso quise expresar en el personaje un poco de ternura e inocencia y bueno, sin más que agregar esta es la versión de mi personaje.

Iniciamos con un cielo azul, con nubes blancas que tiene algunos reflejos, igual que él cielo de mi ilustración anterior, me gustan muchos son cielos limpios y puros quedan muy bien en las ilustraciones. Abajo en colores de diferentes tonos de verde y morados formas que podrían confundirse con irrefulares pero su funcionabilidad es servir de matorral, posteriormente le daré las sombras de los detalles donde se podrá apreciar mejor.

Below in colors of different shades of green and purple shapes that could be confused with irrefutable but its functionality is to serve as a thicket, later I will give you the shadows of the details where you can better appreciate them.
El traje vestido azul del personaje, se dibujo en dos piezas para que cada una de ellas tuviese un leve degradado en una zona diferente, es un degradado sútil, radial, de un color ligeramente más claro que el oscuro de base. El degradado de la parte superior se encuentra en la región mamaria derecha del personaje. Y el degradado de la pieza inferior es líneal se encuenta a la derecha de la falda del vestido.
The character's blue dress suit was drawn in two pieces so that each one of them had a slight gradient in a different area, it is a subtle, radial gradient, of a slightly lighter color than the dark base. The top gradient is located on the character's right mammary region. And the gradient of the lower piece is linear and is located to the right of the skirt of the dress.
Le coloque un lazo en la cintura, de color rojo con degradado fucsia en el centro, me parecio un toque muy femenino y lindo.
I placed a bow at the waist, red with a fuchsia gradient in the center, I thought it was a very feminine and cute touch.
Los brazos del personaje hacía adelante, como buscando de entrelazarse con sus dedos o unir las manos es una actitud de tímidez, que genera ternura al verlo. El color de piel de los brazos y las manos se hizo con un degradado carne oscuro de aspecto bronceado y carne claro, un degradado líneal cuyo centro se encuentra en el medio de los brazos.
The character's arms are forward, as if seeking to intertwine with his fingers or unite his hands is an attitude of shyness, which generates tenderness upon seeing him. The skin color of the arms and hands was done with a tan-looking dark flesh gradient and light flesh, a linear gradient whose center is in the middle of the arms.
La camisa blanca, muy femenina con su cuello largo, le coloque un lindo lazo blanco, el color para darle un poco de profundidad al realismo se hizo con un degradado del gris al blanco, la periferia es lo gris y el centro del degradado es el blanco, el blanco se encuentra en la parte interna de las mangas cerca del pecho del personaje, y en la parte central de la camisa. Como el personaje tiene unos dos botones amarillos yo le puse 4 en su traje.

El cabello se hace con unas hebras de cabello, y rizos, el cabello está elevado por un flujo de poder proveniente de las manos del personaje, hacía arriba. Como les dije arriba quise colocarle unas mechas rubias aparte de su cabello naranja. El personaje parece que se está convirtiendo en una super saiyajin.

Una cejas castañas, y sus ojos característicos de amarillo, en realidad le hice sombras de dorado, amarillo oscuro y clarom los labios rosas carnosos y la nariz fina, las mejillas sonrosadas.
El cabello tiene destellos de niebla amarilla sutiles, son las misma que sales de las manos y por eso el cabello vuela por los aires.
De las manos sale su resplandor mágico dorado y lo acompañe con pequeñas estrellas.
