Hola amigos de HIVE. Les traigo mi participación semanal en el concurso de arte de splinterland con dos personajes por primera vez, en una impresión de arte gótico y son Earth elemental y Xander foxhood en un dibujo realizado en la aplicación autodesk sketchbook. Espero lo disfruten.
Hello friends of HIVE. I bring you my weekly participation in the splinterland art contest with two characters for the first time, in a gothic art print and they are Earth elemental and Xander foxhood in a drawing made in the autodesk sketchbook application. I hope you enjoy it.
Empezamos con Earth elemental. Con una pluma negra dibujamos los orbes oscuros de los ojos del personaje y con una brocha de carboncillo hacemos la forma de las ramas de una forma esponjosa, como si fueran unas nubes de dos colores de verde oscuros y claros.
We start with elemental Earth. With a black pen we draw the dark orbs of the character's eyes and with a charcoal brush we make the shape of the branches in a fluffy way, as if they were clouds of two colors of dark and light green.
Posteriormente con la pluma de diversos colores de marrones, tanto uno tan oscuro que llega al negro, como uno claro como el castaño; hacemos el tronco del personaje y con un color amarillo le damos un toque fantasioso, la forma del personaje es de tal manera que se vea siniestro porque el concepto este dibujo es un arte gótico así que se resaltan las sombras y expresiones intensas del personaje.
Later with the feather of different colors of brown, both one so dark that it reaches black, and one light as brown; we make the trunk of the character and with a yellow color we give it a fanciful touch, the shape of the character is in such a way that it looks sinister because the concept of this drawing is a gothic art so the shadows and intense expressions of the character are highlighted.
Para seguir el concepto de arte oscuro, la piel de Xander foxhood se toma un color gris, ya que regreses acá sentado en estos tipos de arte como un color de muerte, el color de cabello en cabello rojizo qué tiene varios mechones de forma despeinada.
To follow the concept of dark art, Xander foxhood's skin takes on a gray color, since you come back sitting here in these art types as a death color, the hair color in reddish hair which has several strands of messy hair.
With a darker tone we can make strands of hair that will help us see the shape of the hair in general.
And finally, in an upper layer with the pen and a lower opacity airbrush, we give the hair a more realistic touch by placing shadows and lights of different shades of red, white for the lights, and black for the shadows.
Sus ojos escleras negras, con una pestañas largas, y su iris de color amarillo, con sus cejas perfectamente perfiladas.
His black sclera eyes, with long eyelashes, and his yellow iris, with his perfectly outlined eyebrows.
Le damos forma a la nariz y con aerógrafo de un tono verde florecente coloreamos las mejillas como si fuese un rubor pero en este caso es un rubor fantasmagórico, y con un tono más oscuro de realizamos las sombras de la cara.
We shape the nose and with a blooming green tone airbrush we color the cheeks as if it were a blush but in this case it is a ghostly blush, and with a darker tone we make the shadows of the face.
Al principio había decidido colorearle los labios en tono morado, representando la cianosis de la falta de oxígeno de los órganos que ya no tenían vida, siguiendo este tipo de concepto de personajes gótico, oscuros, como un ambiente de muerte pero posteriormente no me gustó la idea y terminé coloreando los labios en tonos rosaseos.
At first I had decided to color her lips in a purple tone, representing the cyanosis of the lack of oxygen of the organs that no longer had life, following this type of concept of gothic, dark characters, like an atmosphere of death, but later I did not like the idea and ended up coloring the lips in pink tones.
Finalmente para terminar la cara que es la parte más difícil para mí, siempre, porque es la que más le dedicó detalles, profundizó las sombras y intensificó las luces para darle relieve al rostro y una especie de realismo.
Finally to finish the face, which is the most difficult part for me, always, because it is the one that dedicated the most details to it, deepened the shadows and intensified the lights to give relief to the face and a kind of realism.
Entonces copió la cara ya finalizada y la pegó en un tamaño inferior para iniciar el trabajo del cuerpo.
When I finish a face and start working on the body. He copied and pasted the previous work and minimized its size, so I continue working later on the other parts of the body.
He then copied the finished face and pasted it down to a smaller size to start the body work.
I start the work with a silhouette of a torso full of green colors that are going to make leaves, since the character has a kind of mesh of leaves as clothes, that is how the original character of the card is.
Por debajo de la malla de hojas veo que el personaje tiene una especie de camisa parecido al marrón, pero en vez de realizarle una camisa, ya que me gustan las capas, le coloque una capa marrón al personaje con su respectiva espada en su cinturón y un cuerpo musculoso.
Since the character's face itself was done in a mature way, I did the same with the body, although the original character has a kind of childlike shape, this may be the representation of him as an adult.
Under the mesh of leaves I see that the character has a kind of shirt similar to brown, but instead of making a shirt, since I like capes, I put a brown cape on the character with its respective sword on his belt and a muscular body.
Luego empiezo hacer el entramado que va a permitir ver las hojas del torso y también lo hice con el cuerpo para dar una impresión de que la ropa representa un tronco de un árbol.
Then I start making the latticework that will allow us to see the leaves of the torso and I also did it with the body to give an impression that the clothes represent a tree trunk.
I draw the legs with green pants, I placed the elf ears and the ponytail as hair.
Sus alas. Las hice rotas representando las incontables batallas ganadas y pérdidas durante su vida
