The two main charts at front of my post is leading to one very clear conclusion in the current state of the land resources market. The conclusion is prices for resources are rising in terms of DEC. It may not appear to be big news considering DEC itself has broken peg dramatically in recent months, but if we just consider resource to DEC and vis versa it appears the trend advantageous to produce more resources.
The first chart is showing that 1000 DEC in present day is paying for pretty much less resources than say just a couple of months ago. Beside stone hovering close to highs the other resources are clearly slopping down in the chart. Even grain has risen to where it is higher in value than it was in April 2025.
The second chart is similar stats but reverse in that resources can convert to how many DEC. All resources really starting to trend up and especially noticeable in grain. Even wood appears to appreciate at a decent pace.
Another staggering stat is how many land plots are actually active producing resources. This is not to say even the ones active are setup for maximum production. In total just a little over 32% of all land plots are currently active. Just astonishing how little is being use of the land plots that have existed for so many years. With so many cards out in circulation it just seems like a lot of waste to not have more plots producing. (On the other hand I feed into this group of none producing as I seemingly prefer to earn through staking SPS / Hive than to be in resource production.)
I even went in looking at my own land plots and surrounding tract plots. I was actually surprise that activity was below 50% but come to find a lot of regions are running even less than that.
If we pin point on top active regions even at 1,000 plots used the resource production could potentially be a fraction of what it can possibly produce if it was at max. For instance region 142, tract 1 with this many resources produced in an hour:
Then compare to another part with less than 70% of deeds running at region 9, tract 5:
Just by Grain comparison, 3.5k to 17k per an hour that is more than four times the difference even though not all deeds producing. The PP matters a lot in that regards.

Its amazing and I highly recommend it to players who have land. You can even check your on setup and test configurations for better resource productions. What I love most is its filter on regions and tracts to gather stats around all of Praetoria.
