Splinterlands Battle - A Battle with SABRE SHARK.

I'm attending the weekly battle challenge of splinterlands.
This week's theme was SABRE SHARK.

SABRE SHARK is a alpha/beta monster in water splinter. This is a monster with melee attack and low health.

This can level up to level 10 but for that I need a summoner of higher level also.
I don't have a summoner that's in higher level so I tried this monster on level 1 with my level 1 dragon summoner.

Power: This is a nice card with 1 melee attack, 3 speed and 2 health in level 1.

Abilities:

Sneak Ability:
Targets the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster.

This ability can be found at level 1.

Battle Detail:
I played with dragon monster team.

It was a battle of total 23 mana with one rule and that is-
Standard: No modification to the standard gameplay rules and mechanics.

Lineup.

SAND WORM: NEUTRAL MONSTER

This is a neutral monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (5), Speed (1), Health (5).

It has one ability in the 1st level which is-
Sneak: Targets the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster.

And another ability in the sixth level which is-
Snare: When attacking enemies with flying, removes the flying ability and cannot miss.

And another ability in the tenth level which is-
Piercing: If melee or ranged attack damage is in excess of the target's armor, the remainder will damage the target's health.

MANTICORE : DRAGON MONSTER

Edition: Reward
Rarity: Epic
Element: Dragon
Attack: Melee
ABILITIES: Flying and Reach at level 1, Thorns at level 4.

This is a dragon monster, in the first level it has melee attack (1), Speed (3), Health (6).

It has one ability in the first level which is-
Flying: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from monsters who do not have the flying ability.

It has another ability in the first level which is-
Reach: Melee attack monsters with this ability can attack from the second position.

It has another ability in the fourth level which is-
Thorns: When hit with a melee attack, does damage back to the attacker.

This is a water monster, in the first level it has melee attack (1), Speed (3), Health (2).

It has one ability in the first level which is-
Sneak: Targets the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster.

FIRE SPITTER: DRAGON MONSTER

Rarity: Epic
Element: Dragon
Attack: Ranged
ABILITIES: Flying at level 1, Dodge at level 6.

This is a dragon monster, in the first level it has ranged attacks (2), Speed (4), Health (4).

It has one ability in the 1st level which is-
Flying: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from monsters who do not have the flying ability.

And another ability in the sixthlevel which is-
Dodge: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks.

FURIOUS CHICKEN: NEUTRAL MONSTER

Edition: REWARD
Rarity: COMMON
Element: NEUTRAL
ATTACK: MELEE
ABILITIES: ENRAGE AT LEVEL 5

This is a neutral monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (0), Speed (1), Health (1).

It has one ability in the fifth level which is-
Enrage: Has increased melee attack and speed when damaged.

Battle Details

My Battle

Round 01

My team started the battle with the first attack with fire spitter.
The opponent team lost a monster in this round.
Round 02

Enemy team lost another monster in this round which left the enemy team with only one ranged monster.
Round 03

This is the last round where the enemy team only had a ranged monster and my team had all monster on the battle. One shot from a monster of my team and the last monster of the opponent team died.
My team finished the battle in this round.
Battle Results

I was the winner of that battle with 24 points and 0.002 DEC.

Did my strategy work? What will I try differently next time?

Yes my strategy worked nicely and I might try similar monsters with nice powers next time when I do some battle.
