A month ago, I wrote a post debating whether I would be selling Chaos Legion Vouchers and different hypothetical scenarios on what I would gain from selling $vouchers and how these would fund my Chaos Legion pack purchases. Now that the pre-sale $voucher airdrop is over, it would be a good time to reflect on the past month of airdrops and the $voucher sales I did.

Before I delved into the numbers, I did sway between whether I should stack my $vouchers and look to get involved in the pre-sale Chaos Legion promos. Still, even if I did, I wouldn’t be able to get enough to secure a promo, and therefore decided to sell my $vouchers.
Don’t get me wrong, the promos are fantastic, and I am envious of those who got them but got to be realistic and play within a budget I am comfortable with.
30 Days of $Vouchers Sales
Over the past 30 days, I have been closely tracking the number of vouchers received, the $voucher prices, and the amount gained from selling the $vouchers.

During the 30-day airdrop window, I received a total of 34.98 $vouchers. Initially, I was selling $vouchers daily, but I moved to sell every two days after a week. The average selling price I got during the 30-day airdrop window was $17.53. Finally, in total, I received $608.90 in SWAP.HIVE tokens, and this will cover %152 towards my goal of 100 Chaos Legion packs.
Conclusion
My initial goal with Chaos Legion packs was to purchase 100 packs when they opened for general sale. I didn’t expect the $vouchers to help me smash through that goal, and now I am setting my goal to purchase 200 packs. It’s amazing the opportunities that splinterlands continues to provide, which makes me more amped for the release of the Chaos Legion packs.
