Esta temporada decidi subir el liston un poco y lanzarme a la liga de Oro I para prepararme bien y estar lo mas alto posible la proxima temporada que vendra con muy buenos cambios, pero de eso no es de lo que se trata este post, si no de un nuevo desafio de batalla y esta semana el monstruo elegido fue Cruel Sethropod, uno de los mejores tanques para Little League que hay en todo el juego, hoy les voy a hablar un poco sobre el asi que bienvenidos.

Hello everyone and welcome once again to my Peakd blog, This season I decided to raise the bar a little and jump into the Gold League I to prepare myself well and be as high as possible next season that will come with very good changes, but that's not what this post is about, but a new battle challenge and this week the chosen monster was Cruel Sethropod, one of the best tanks for Little League that is in the whole game, today I'll talk a little about it so welcome.
Cruel Sethropod es una carta del Splinter Agua y que esta entre las starters de Chaos Legion, la ultima edicion lanzada, recuerdo con cariño que esta fue la primera carta que salio del primer pack Chaos Legion que abrí, es un mini tanque perfecto para batallas de bajo mana que con un costo de apenas 3 puntos de mana tiene 4 puntos de vida y 3 de armadura apenas en nivel 1, eso es muchisimo. En nivel maximo tiene 7 puntos de vida y 6 de armadura, no se para ustedes pero para mi es algo increible.
Como dato curioso, no aprende habilidades en ningun nivel, lo que si hace es aumentar muchisimo sus estadisticas conforme esta en niveles mas altos.
This card, Cruel Sethropod is a Splinter Common Water card that is among the starters of the new edition Chaos Legion, the last edition released, I remember fondly that this was the first card that came out of the first Chaos Legion pack I opened, is a perfect mini tank for low mana battles with a cost of just 3 points of mana has 4 points of life and 3 armor just at level 1, that's a lot. At maximum level it has 7 health and 6 armor points, I don't know about you but for me it's incredible.
As a curious fact, this card doesn't learn any ability at any level, but instead that what he does do is increase his stats a lot as he is at higher levels.
¿Como le sacas provecho a esta carta?
Es muy simple, tiene mucha vida, asi que su objetivo aguantar mucho. Para batallas de mana bajo (y sobre todo Little League) es de las mejores cartas que puedes usar, Kelya la potencia bastante con esa armadura extra y la velocidad siempre es bienvenida, otra forma de usar esta carta muy bien es justo con la batalla que les traigo hoy, utilizando el ruleset Equalizer a mi favor para convertir a Cruel Sethropod en un mega tanque.
Algo que me gusta mucho de Chaos Legion es que sostiene muy bien a si mismo como edicion individual cuando se habla de agua, creo que es uno de los mazos mas completos y en todos esos casos hipoteticos, Cruel Shethropod sin duda te ayudara muchisimo.
How do you take advantage of this card?
It's very simple if you think a little about it, it has a lot of life, so its purpose is to hold a lot. For low mana battles (and especially Little League) it's one of the best cards you can use, Kelya powers it up quite a bit with that extra armor and the speed is always welcome, another way to use this card very well is just with the battle I bring you today, using the Equalizer ruleset to my advantage to turn Cruel Sethropod into a mega tank.
Something I really like about Chaos Legion is that it holds its own very well as a single edition when talking about water, I think it's one of the most complete decks and in all those hypothetical cases, Cruel Shethropod will definitely help you a lot.

Como lo mencione antes, Equalizer (y un alto mana, claro) es perfecto para usar con esta carta porque puedes hacerla aguantar muchisimo y ademas aprovechar el mana para invocar cartas muy fuertes que a su vez, le aumenten la vida a tu Cruel Sethropod y que tambien hagan el trabajo mientras tu mini tanque ahora convertido en todo un muro, soporte todos los ataques del enemigo.
Carnage Titan con su Reach + Double Attack es perfecto para usarlo en segunda posicion, mucho daño, mucha armadura, y la seguridad de atacar desde la linea secundaria sin problemas.
Chaos Dragon porque ese Scattershot es muy peligroso (aunque te puede jugar en contra) pero por lo general funciona perfecto, ademas si llegase a quedar como tanque contra Melee o Ranged vas a gozar tener esta carta.
Dragon Jumper es de esas cartas que siempre que puedas usarla, lo mejor que puedes hacer es usarla. Tiene mucho daño, Oportunism, una velocidad de rayo y Fly, es una carta espectacular.
Deeplurker es como un Dragon Jumper pero de Splinter Agua, ademas se beneficia muchisimo de mi Kitty por la velocidad, haciendola aun mas peligrosa.
The Vigilator, el que me lee desde hace tiempo sabra que es mi carta favorita del juego, y siempre que pueda usarla, voy a usarla, me encanta esta carta (ahora la estoy probando a nivel 3 y es una verdadera locura).
As I mentioned before in this post, The Equalizer ruleset (and a high mana, of course) is perfect to use with this Cruel Sethropod because you can make it have a large life points and hold a lot and also take advantage of the mana to summon very strong cards that in turn, increase the life of your Cruel Sethropod and also do the job while your mini tank now turned into a wall, support all enemy attacks.
Carnage Titan with its Reach + Double Attack is perfect to use it in second position, a lot of damage, a lot of armor, and the security of attacking from the secondary line without problems.
Chaos Dragon on third place because that Scattershot is very dangerous (although it can play against you) but in general it works perfect, also if you get to stay as a tank against Melee or Ranged you will enjoy having this card.
Dragon Jumper is one of those cards that whenever you can use it, the best thing to do is to use it. It has a lot of damage, Opportunism, lightning speed and Fly, it's a spectacular card.
Deeplurker is like a Dragon Jumper but Splinter Water, plus it benefits a lot from my Kitty's speed, making it even more dangerous.

Ya desde la ronda 1 parece una carta completamente diferente gracias al ruleset. Esta batalla es un ejemplo perfecto de que lo importante es saber jugar bien las cartas siempre, mi Cruel se comio todos los ataques de mi enemigo en esa primera ronda mientras que mi equipo empezaba a hacer de las suyas...

Con mi Sethropod eliminado, mi oponente habia tomado ventaja pero este segundo turno fue el de mi ascenso, The Vigilator le puso fin a su Djinn Oshannus que era su carta mas peligrosa, mientras que mi Carnage Titan con esa poderosa armadura me dieron otra ronda ''gratis'', por decirlo de alguna manera.
With my Sethropod eliminated, my opponent had taken advantage but this second turn was the one of my promotion, The Vigilator put an end to his Djinn Oshannus which was his most dangerous card, while my Carnage Titan with that powerful armor gave me another ''free'' round, so to speak.
Igualados en cartas, empezó la tercera ronda con Kitty curando a mi Carnage, de ahi la importancia de tener a este invocador, ademas su otra habilidad True Strike anula el bono de velocidad de Kelya y eso hace mucho la diferencia. Mi carnage Titan cayo con los potentes ataques fisicos de mi oponente, dejando paso a mi Chaos Dragon.
Evenly matched in cards, the third round started with Kitty healing my Carnage, hence the importance of having this summoner, plus his other ability True Strike nullifies Kelya's speed bonus and that makes a lot of difference. My Titan Carnage fell with the powerful physical attacks of my opponent, giving way to my Chaos Dragon.
jumper Dragon acabo con su Deeplurker y aqui empezo el verdadero combate, camuflado por mis dos cartas anteriores, el tanque que llego a hacer la verdadera diferencia fue Chaos Dragon, con ese gran esquive y mis demas cartas haciendo muchisimo daño y para lo demas, tenia a mi Kitty curando a mi Dragon en cada ronda.
My Jumper Dragon finished with his Deeplurker and here began the real combat for me, camouflaged by my two previous cards with a great job done, the tank that made the real difference was Chaos Dragon, with that great dodge and my other cards doing a lot of damage and for the rest, I had my Kitty healing my Dragon in each round.
No quiero hacerlo tan largo asi que voy a resumirlo, la velocidad base de Chaos Dragon + el bono de velocidad de Kitty + Fly se traducen en muchos ataques esquivados, por ende recibo menos daño, y cuando lo recibo, Kitty cura muchisimo a mi Dragon debido a la alta vida que tiene, todas sus cartas estan enfocadas en atacar a mi tanque mientras yo tengo 3 cartas con un daño muy fuerte y todas atacando a cartas diferentes, todo eso junto se traduce en una victoria inminente, pero...

Muy buen post. Coincido en la valoración que haces de Cruel Sethropod. Además en el rival veo un error bastante grave, en mi opinión, que es utilizar a Djinn Oshannus como tanque. Era su carta más peligrosa, como bien dices, y la podía haber protegido por detrás de un buen tanque (Cruel Sethropod o Diemonshark, por ejemplo) y de Squid para aprovechar su ataque desde la segunda posición.
