At least they are level 3 already. Seems like you are in pretty decent shape after all!
Have you noticed a lack of golds lately? You probably always think there is a lack, but I am struggling to get any, even commons. I have some that are close to max, but have been that way for months.
I do think they used to be more plentiful during the first 3 months of soulbound rewards, but I don't have any conclusive data to back it up.
