Recently, I told you about my improvements in the game—improvements that aren't just about my in-game ranking or win rate, but also about in-game rewards. While I used to have to earn rewards throughout the season and wait until I had enough guilds to make purchases in the reward shop, I now shop in the reward shop two or three times each season. Similarly, the merits earned from playing Guild Brawl Battles are also improving as my in-game performance improves, and I no longer have to wait as long to purchase a Gladius Case. Technically, my in-game ranking hasn't improved, but the cards I take to the battlefield with have become of a higher level and quality, which has also improved the rewards I receive for winning games. This is why you should combine your card copies, level them up periodically, and battle with better Epic and Legendary archons. The better your team, the better your in-game rewards. So, today, for the first time, I purchased two Gladius Cases together and unlocked 10 Gladiator cards at once.
Since this was the first time I purchased two Gladius cases at once, I was excited to get better cards and even better foil cards because recently one of my Brawl mates told me that people who purchase packs in large quantities have a higher chance of winning higher foil cards. However, that Brawl mate wasn't referring to Gladius packs, but rather to presale packs, and he was referring to large quantities, meaning 50-100 packs, but since it was my first time purchasing two packs, I thought the same formula might work here, so I tried, but it didn't work, and I ended up with the same 8 common and 2 rare cards, which is the basic one. But personally speaking of the cards, they are somewhat good cards because I often use the first rare and the four common cards in my battles, but frankly, I'm not very impressed with them. I thought that by opening so many cards at once, if not gold or better foil, I would at least get really good cards, but this experience was not as good as I had thought.
But they say that every evil has a hidden good. While I only have 3-4 of these 10 cards, the best part is that because of these cards, two of my Gladiator cards have now reached the level of upgrade, one of which will be the first card in my entire Splinterlands deck to be upgraded to Level 3. This means that this card will be the first card not only from the Gladiator set, but also from every card set in my Splinterlands deck combined, to reach Level 3. So, while not all of these cards are impressive, some of them are not only impressive, but their level will also help me upgrade the cards already in this set in my deck by increasing their number. So in a way, I am satisfied with these cards, and I hope that soon more of my cards from this set will be upgraded to level 3, so that I can play battles in wild mode. Because that is the only place where I can use these cards freely without any restrictions, and as far as I have heard, that mode is wild like its name, so it is important to sharpen my cards and strategies before playing battles there.
Splinterlands isn't an easy place, but that's what makes it even more fun. A perfect strategy takes into account many factors, including stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and more. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy. Add good cards to your deck, but also work on improving your strategies, and strive to win as many battles as possible!🔥
