Hospitalizado
Hoy es #caturday y aunque no lo fuera lo mas seguro es que hable, como siempre, de gatitos.
Estos últimos días estuve ocupada con el bebé gato, les contaré cómo van las cosas con este microbio, le digo así porque es muy chiquito.
Este miércoles le lleve de nuevo a la clínica y le agarraron puntos nuevamente quedo realmente genial, lo traje a casa pero comenzó a estar muy, muy inquieto quiera hacer del dos (popo) pero lo lograba, le deje tranquilo y durmió bastante bien esa noche.
Fue así como lo bueno vino el jueves, tenía ya un taponcito de heces que evidentemente estaba algo duro y que él por si solo no lograba expulsar, para ayudarlo le coloque un cuarto de supositorio pediátrico de glicerina, que aunque disolvió algo tampoco pudo lograr el efecto deseado , el bebé estuvo sumamente inquieto todo el día caminando de un lado al otro, y obviamente me mantuve a su lado intentando ayudarle y calmarle.
Ya al final del día subí para darle de comer al resto de la manada, así que lo metí en un kennel para evitar que el microbio los molestara mientras comían, para mi sorpresa al terminar mi labor el bebé había hecho, pero era evidente que el tapón de heces era tal que torció los puntos y su prolapso volvió.
Por una parte me sentí aliviada porque el bebé ya había liberado, pero por el otro sabía que tendría que volver a la clínica para que los veterinarios decidieran que hacer.
Y así fue, el vienes me levante me aliste y salí a la clínica, allí uno de los veterinarios me informó que lo mejor era dejar al gatito hospitalizado por unos días, confieso que no es la primera vez que dejo a un gatito hospitalizado, pero la sensación siempre es la misma para mi, no se exactamente como describirla es una mezcla de vacío y miedo. Ya que siempre deseo protegerles.
Ayer al regresar sentí la casa muy callada y tranquila, ya que el bebé no estaba maullando y demandando atención, le tengo mucho afecto a esa pequeña bola de pelos.
El día de hoy fui a visitarlo le lleve una almohada para que le de calorcito y una latita de comida húmeda para su alimento de hoy y mañana.
Me encanto verlo con sus largos bigotes y maullando al recibirme, parecía que me estaba reclamando por haberle dejado allí. Lamentable no le puedo visitar mañana ya que los domingos solo van ver a sus pacientes hospitalizados para alimentarles, y pasar sus respectivos tratamientos.
Así han sido estos días agitados y esperando den el mejor resultado para este pequeño siamés que al estar sano será dado en adopción.

Today is #caturday and even if it wasn't, it's sure to talk, as always, about kittens.
These last days I was busy with the baby cat, I will tell you how things are going with this microbe, I call it that because it is very small.
This Wednesday I took him back to the clinic and he got stitches again, he looked really great, I brought him home but he started to be very, very restless wanting to do the deuce (poop) but he made it, I left him alone and he slept pretty well that night.
That's how the good thing came on Thursday, he already had a stool plug that was obviously a little hard and he could not get it out by himself, to help him I placed a room of glycerin pediatric suppository, which although it dissolved something could not achieve the desired effect, the baby was extremely restless all day walking from one side to the other, and obviously I stayed by his side trying to help and calm him down.
At the end of the day I went upstairs to feed the rest of the herd, so I put him in a kennel to avoid the microbe from bothering them while they were eating, to my surprise when I finished my work the baby had done, but it was evident that the stopper was such that he twisted the stitches and his prolapse returned.
On the one hand I was relieved because the baby had already been released, but on the other I knew I would have to go back to the clinic for the vets to decide what to do.
And so it was, I got up, got ready and went to the clinic, there one of the vets informed me that the best thing was to leave the kitten hospitalized for a few days, I confess that is not the first time I leave a kitten hospitalized, but the feeling is always the same for me, I do not know exactly how to describe it is a mixture of emptiness and fear. Since I always want to protect them.
Yesterday when I returned I felt the house very quiet and calm, since the baby was not meowing and demanding attention, I have a lot of affection for that little ball of hair.
Today I went to visit him and brought him a pillow to keep him warm and a can of wet food for his food today and tomorrow.
I loved seeing him with his long whiskers and meowing when he received me, it seemed that he was complaining about having left him there. Unfortunately, I cannot visit him tomorrow since on Sundays he only goes to see his patients in the hospital to feed them, and spend their respective treatments.
This is how these hectic days have been, and I hope they will give the best results for this little Siamese boy who, being healthy, will be given up for adoption.

Que triste es tenerlo que dejar hospitalizado, uno se va con el corazón arrugado, pero necesita cuidados para garantizar su recuperación y definitivamente hiciste lo correcto. Espero pronto este pequeño pueda regresar a recuperarse en casa.
