Asisto a la excursión por el cerro de Santa Inés en la ciudad de Caicara del Orinoco. La convocatoria la realiza una comunidad de Diplomantes de Historia donde participo, activamente. Me agrada esta experiencia porque voy en la vía de encontrarme con mi interioridad humana, voy a caminar, sudar, tocar árboles, ramas, rocas; a recibir picadas de mosquitos. Escuchar la brisa, mirar la diversidad de la flora local. Vamos a encontrar la cueva del zamuro y la huella del Dinosaurio. Sobre la cima del cerro, tengo en el mirador natural del paisaje del Orinoco con sus vegas y pequeñas vertientes de caños y lagunas. La ciudad de Caicara del Orinoco está allá abajo, el Orinoco serpentea rozando con sinuosa levedad en la anchura del cauce, por la inmensa roca precámbrica del macizo guayanés. Aquí está la intención sana y positiva de construir un proyecto de senderismo regional y local, con un sentido sencillo y acogedor para difundir la recreación, el esparcimiento, la prosperidad y la floreciente prosperidad productiva, como lo plantean los organismos internacionales para el disfrute de los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes en las comunidades educativas, sociales, deportivas y culturales.
Desde esta plenitud de la naturaleza, recibo el impacto del paisaje orinoquense para aflorar estos haikus como chorros de agua del río.

Haikus for the Orinoco.
I attend the excursion to the hill of Santa Inés in the city of Caicara del Orinoco. The event is organized by a community of history graduates, in which I am an active participant. I like this experience because I am on the way to meet my inner self, to walk, to sweat, to touch trees, branches, rocks; to get bitten by mosquitoes. Listen to the breeze, look at the diversity of the local flora. We are going to find the cave of the vulture and the footprint of the dinosaur. On the top of the hill, I have a natural viewpoint of the landscape of the Orinoco with its meadows and small streams of streams and lagoons. The city of Caicara del Orinoco is down there, the Orinoco meanders with sinuous lightness in the width of the riverbed, through the immense Precambrian rock of the Guiana massif. Here is the healthy and positive intention to build a regional and local hiking project, with a simple and welcoming sense to spread recreation, leisure, prosperity and flourishing productive prosperity, as proposed by international organizations for the enjoyment of children and adolescents in educational, social, sporting and cultural communities.
From this fullness of nature, I receive the impact of the orinoquense landscape to bring forth these haikus like jets of water from the river.
