Hoy un día de mucha alegría y felicidad para mí, por lo que voy a compartir el porque. Luego de 21 años de servicio en educación, llegó el momento de mi jubilación. Un momento que deseaba, a pesar que hasta el último día de clases con mis niños, tuve la misma motivación desde el primer díaque entre a un aula de clases. Desde los 20 años de edad ingresé al Ministerio de Educación de mi País, Venezuela. Atendiendo a niñas y niñas de Educación Inicial (0 a 3 años). Uno de los niveles de la educación más hermosos, dónde los niños y niñas son unos diamantes en bruto, que desde esa edad vamos puliendo asentando bases para ser hombres y mujeres, productivos para nuestra sociedad. Mis inicios fueron en una institución algo lejana de mi residencia, a una hora y media Aproximadamente, U. E María Luisa Paredes de Antonini. Allí di mis inicios como docente de aula interino, que significa contratada, allí a los 5 años me dieron mi cargo como titular. Aprendí muchos de mis compañeros, ya que era joven y estaba recién graduada de docente, teniendo el título de Técnico Superior Universitario en Preescolar, y en todos los años siguientes me fui profesionalizando y mi ultimo título fue el de Magister en Educación Infantil. Luego de 8 allí solicite traslado más cercano a mi hogar, ya que tenía un niño pequeño y me ubicaron muy cerca a mi casa, en el Preescolar La Ovallera, dónde labore 13 años aproximadamente. Siendo un total de 21.
Today a day of great joy and happiness for me, so I am going to share why. After 21 years of service in education, it was time for me to retire. A moment that I wanted, despite the fact that until the last day of school with my children, I had the same motivation from the first day I entered a classroom. Since I was 20 years old, I entered the Ministry of Education of my country, Venezuela. Attending to girls and boys of Initial Education (0 to 3 years). There I got my start as an interim classroom teacher, which means hired, there at the age of 5 they gave me my position as head teacher. I learned a lot from my classmates, since I was young and had just graduated as a teacher, having the title of Higher University Technician in Preschool, and in all the following years I became more professional and my last title was that of Magister in Early Childhood Education. After 8 there I requested a transfer closer to my home, since I had a small child and they located me very close to my house, in the La Ovallera Preschool, where I worked for approximately 13 years. Being a total of 21.
En el mes de septiembre me dirijo a la Zona Educativa del Estado Aragua, que es el ente regional, dónde tramitamos todo lo concerniente a Educación y ellos hacen el enlace con Ministerio de Educación. Pues fui ya que legalmente son 25 años de servicio para optar a la jubilación, sin embargo hay una cláusula dónde indica que los docentes que laboren en el área rural o zona de alto riesgo, cobran una prima geográfica, que además permite sumar a los 20 años de servicio los 5 restante para poder jubilarse. Así que aproveche esa cláusula y solicite mi jubilación. Al mes de solicitarla me hicieron la reclasificaron de Docente V a Docente VI que es el más alto escalafón, el cual se obtiene con 21 años de servicio y postgrado. Así que cumplí los requisitos y gracias a Dios salí jubilada en este máximo escalafón, muchas personas me dijeron que eso podría tardar hasta un año, por lo que me programe para terminar mi año escolar que inicio en septiembre y culminaría en julio 2023, sin embargo para mí sorpresa el 8 de diciembre próximo pasado, salí en el listado dónde aparecían más de.5.000 docentes a nivel nacional,siendo la jubilada 4929.😄😄😄🎉🎉
In the month of September I go to the Aragua State Educational Zone, which is the regional entity, where we process everything related to Education and they make the link with the Ministry of Education. Well, I went since legally there are 25 years of service to opt for retirement, however there is a clause where it indicates that teachers who work in rural areas or high-risk areas, charge a geographical premium, which also allows adding to the 20 years of service the remaining 5 to be able to retire. So take advantage of that clause and request my retirement. A month after requesting it, they reclassified me from Teacher V to Teacher VI, which is the highest level, which is obtained with 21 years of service and postgraduate studies. So I met the requirements and thank God I retired at this highest level, many people told me that this could take up to a year, so I scheduled myself to finish my school year that began in September and would end in July 2023, however To my surprise, on December 8, I was on the list where more than 5,000 teachers appeared nationwide, being the retired 4929.😄😄😄🎉🎉
Apenas se enteraron mis compañeras de trabajos, me hicieron una primera despedida con un pequeño grupo de docentes, me agasajaron con unos deliciosos pepitos, que son unos panes rellenos de carne, tomate, lechuga, papás y salsas. La verdad me sorprendieron ,pues lo hicieron en secreto.
As soon as my co-workers found out, they gave me a first farewell with a small group of teachers, they entertained me with some delicious pepitos, which are breads stuffed with meat, tomato, lettuce, potatoes and sauces. The truth surprised me, because they did it in secret.
Y más formal toda la institución me hizo un agasajo con un un almuerzo navideño, me obsequiaron un arreglo hermoso, además de un reconocimiento por mi labor en la institución. No sé pudo pasar por alto tomarnos fotos para el recuerdo. Este detalle me hizo sentir orgullosa de que estos años fueron de mucho aprendizaje y de buenos amigos.
And more formally, the entire institution treated me to a Christmas lunch, they gave me a beautiful arrangement, as well as recognition for my work in the institution. I don't know, he could have overlooked taking photos of us for the memory. This detail made me feel proud that these years were full of learning and good friends.
