Hola comunidad como estan? Hoy les traigo la receta para que hagan unos deliciosas papitas con queso cheddar, que entra en la definición de Foodporn jajaja.
Hello community, how are you? Today I bring you the recipe to make some delicious french fries with cheddar cheese, which falls under the definition of Foodporn, jajaja.
Ingredientes / Ingredients:
- Papas / Potatoes
- 200 gr de Queso Cheddar / 200 gr of Cheddar Cheese
- 200 ml de Leche / 200 ml of Milk
- 100 gr de Tocineta / 100 gr of Bacon
- 1 Cucharada de Harina de Trigo / 1 Spoonful of Wheat Flour
- Aceite Vegetal, para freír / Vegetal Oil, to fry
- Sal / Salt
- Pimienta Recién Molida / Freshly Ground Pepper
Preparación / Preparation:
1- Empezamos por limpiar y cortar las papas / We will start washing and cutting the potatoes.
Lava muy bien las papas con agua y luego pelalas con cuidado para no cortarte.
Wash the potatoes very well with water and then peel them carefully so as not to cut yourself.
Luego corta las papas en bastoncitos largos y que miden unos 2 cm por cada lado.
Then cut the potatoes into long sticks that are about 2 cm on each side.
2- A freír las papitas! / Time to fry the potatoes!
Colocaremos las papitas en el aceite vegetal, previamente calentado, a fuego medio/alto, moviendolas constantemente.
We will place the potatoes in the vegetable oil, previously heated, over medium / high heat, constantly moving them.
Cuando tengan un color doradito, después de unos 10 a 12 minutos, las sacamos y colocamos sobre papel, para extraer el exceso de aceite.
When they have a golden color, after about 10 to 12 minutes, we remove them and place them on paper, to extract the excess oil.
3- A preparar el queso cheddar fundido / Now we prepare the cheddar cheese.
Empezamos calentando la leche en una olla, agregamos la cucharada de harina de trigo y revolvemos vigorosamente.
We start by heating the milk in a pot, add the tablespoon of wheat flour and stir vigorously.
Cuando tenga la consistencia de una salsa bechamel, agrega el queso cheddar cortado en cuadritos. Remueve hasta que se derrita.
When it has the consistency of a bechamel sauce, add the diced cheddar cheese. Stir until melted.
Cuando ya tenga la consistencia como una salsa, apaga el fuego y deja que se enfríe.
When it has the consistency like a sauce, turn off the heat and let it cool down.
4-Por último, a cocinar la tocineta / the last thing, cooking the bacon.
Corta las tiras en cuadritos pequeños y déjelos cocinar por por unos 10 minutos o hasta que se pongan crocantes.
Dice the strips into small squares and cook for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
Ya solo queda servir las papitas, agregarles el queso cheddar y difrutar de esta deliciosa
Now all that remains is to serve the chips, add the cheddar cheese and enjoy this delicious
