Existen lesiones del tipo reactiva es decir que se van a originar por medio de traumatismos constantes, mediante estímulos del tipo traumatico, infecciones o la obstrucción de algún conducto salivar, cuando estas lesiones se retiran mediamediante cirugía desaparece complentamente ese estímulo, es mucolocele es la lesión más común benigna en la cavidad bucal que nno representa ningún tipo de riesgo.

El mucocelé es una lesión de las glándulas salivales, su formación se debe a un fenómeno de extravasación de la saliva, así es como también la saliva se retiene. La saliva saldrá del conducto, no estará retenida, cuando la misma sale genera una una reacción inflamatoria, entonces las células identificaran como un cuerpo extraño ya que esta fuera del conducto, esta saliva en el interior tendrá un aspecto espeso y acumulado con una mezcla la de células inflamatorias. Entonces se va acumular téjido conectivo dentro del epitelio pasará hacer un cuerpo extraño y se produce la lesión sobre elevada mucocelé.
Mucocele is a lesion of the salivary glands, its formation is due to a phenomenon of saliva extravasation, this is also how saliva is retained. The saliva will come out of the duct, it will not be retained, when it comes out it generates an inflammatory reaction, then the cells will identify it as a foreign body as it is outside the duct, this saliva inside will have a thick and accumulated appearance with a mixture of inflammatory cells. Then connective tissue will accumulate inside the epithelium and it will become a foreign body and the lesion will be produced on the elevated mucocele.
La forma y localización del mucocelé.
Tendrá una forma de cúpula con base sésil ancha, su tamaña puede ser de mm hasta menor a un 1cm, puede observarse como una Vesícula. Se localiza en primer lugar labio inferior, en segundo lugar en la cara ventral de la lengua, en tercer lugar en la mucosa del carrillo, nunca vamos a encontrarlo en el paladar.

Sus síntomas, es una lesión totalmente asintomática dolerá solo si esta se úlcera, está puede vaciar Su contenido pero luego volverá a llenar e incluso puede drenar. El tratamiento del mucocele debe ser quirúrgico puede ser realizado por odontólogos cirujanos bucales y maxilofaciales tiene muy buen pronóstico ya que no se va a transformar en una lesión maligna ya no recibí va solo y no se eliminan por completo los conductos.

No tendrá predilección por ningún sexo en específico pero es más común encontrarlo en niños por traumatismos y en adultos solo será por mordeduras, sociología se debe a traumatismos golpes con mayor frecuencia en un solo lugar en específico o por el roce de las mucosas con los dientes que hace que el conductor se rompa.

Por último las características clínicas que tendrá el mucocele en cuanto a color y consistencia está será una lesión violácea o azulada translúcida y transparente puede ser eritematosa la consistencia es sumamente superficial pero también puede encontrarse profunda es una lesión blanda pero estará firme puede ser depresible o fluctuante.
Finally, the clinical characteristics of the mucocele in terms of colour and consistency will be a purplish or bluish translucent and transparent lesion, it may be erythematous, the consistency is very superficial but it may also be deep, it is a soft lesion but it will be firm, it may be depressible or fluctuant.
Importante tener en cuenta que existen dos tipos de mucocele uno por extravasación que suele ser el más común y este ocurre cuando la saliva produce un levantamiento en la mucosa y el mucocele por retención que este es cuando el conductor se obstruye y la saliva se va a retener dentro del conducto y formará un cálculo salival.
