Buenos días a todos, luego de tener un fin de semana, diría especial, porque el paseo la verdad fue excelente, también el asado que habíamos compartido, por tal motivo ahora que comienza la semana, nuevamente a comer livianito, si de livianito hablamos, en este caso se trata de tortilla de papa, con ensalada de remolacha, tomate y zanahoria rayada.
En este otro plato la misma tortilla de papa, con ensalada de zanahoria rayada y tomate solamente, a dichas ensaladas se le condimento con aceite de oliva, sal a gusto. limón y una pisca de orégano, la verdad todo exquisito.
Así que amigos como comienza la semana, se vienen las fiestas y también la vacaciones o sea la playa y lo mas importante nuestra salud.
