PREPARANDO HAMBURGUESA CASERA CON PAPA FRITA Y HUEVO-----PREPARING HOMEMADE HAMBURGER WITH FRIED POTATOES AND EGGS

Hola, como les va a todos ustedes, que integran esta bella plataforma social, la misma que cada día se va haciendo mas popular, a pesar de que las monedas virtuales, están pasando, por un gran momento de decadencia, con esto quiero decir, que las mismas se encuentran muy estables, como referencia el bitcoin, que la verdad que esta ahí no despega, pero la finalidad es otra amigos, en mi caso el de efectuar post, cada día y en la medida que puedo, por ejemplo como este en donde estoy preparando hamburguesas caseras, las cuales las elaboro con carne molida o picada, donde le agrego ajo y cebolla picado bien pequeño, sal a gusto, formando una pasta también un poco de pan rayado, para luego cuando esta todo bien mesclado, le voy dando la forma de dicha hamburguesa.

Juntamente con papas cortadas en bastoncitos, las cuales les doy cocción en una sarten con aceite, una ves bien doradas las voy quitando de la misma, cuando finalizo con la papa, sigo con los huevos fritos, que como se ve en la foto salieron muy bien.

Luego voy acomodando todo en una bandeja, para después cocinar las hamburguesas y así degustar todo junto.

Then I arrange everything on a tray, to cook the hamburgers later and taste everything together.
