Yo vivo en un pueblo llamado El Consejo, ubicaco en el Estado Aragua, siempre viajo a la ciudad de Maracay para poder ensayar con mis compañeros de la banda... Así que como todas las semanas, emprendí mi viaje y al bajar por la zona en donde vivo, quise tomar éstas fotografías del paisaje.
I live in a town called El Consejo, located in the state of Aragua, I always travel to the city of Maracay to be able to rehearse with my band mates... So, as I do every week, I started my trip and when I went down to the area where I live, I wanted to take these pictures of the scenery.
Luego del ensayo musical, me fui a la casa de mi novia que es muy cerca de maracay, ahí estuve con ella pasando el tiempo y además aproveché de ir a afeitarme el cabello...
After the musical rehearsal, I went to my girlfriend's house, which is very close to Maracay, where I spent time with her and also took the opportunity to shave my hair....
Al siguiente día me preparé para ir a un concierto que muy pronto les daré más detalles en una siguiente publicación. 🎶 Cómo pueden observar en el gif (soy el de camisa blanca), estuve junto con mis compañeros de la banda Son De Cacao en un concierto ¡Disfrutando del hacer musical!
The next day I got ready to go to a concert that I will soon give you more details in a following post. 🎶 As you can see in the gif (I'm the one in the white shirt), I was with my band mates from the band Son De Cacao in a concert enjoying the music!
Regresando a mi hogar al siguiente día, en El Consejo, mi novia me acompañó y justamente al bajarnos del bus fuimos a un restaurante que está nuevo por la zona, desayunamos primero unos pastelitos salados rellenos con carne y otros con pollo, bebimos una cerveza cada uno para comenzar la mañana del domingo con muchísima energía, me gustó tanto el ambiente del lugar y la comida que pedí unas empanadas extras para comer muchísimo más.
Returning home the next day, in El Consejo, my girlfriend accompanied me and right when we got off the bus we went to a restaurant that is new in the area, we had breakfast first some savory pastries filled with meat and others with chicken, we drank a beer each to start Sunday morning with lots of energy, I liked the atmosphere of the place and the food so much that I ordered some extra empanadas to eat a lot more.
Desde donde desayunamos hasta mi casa primero hay que caminar unos veinte minutos en dirección recta,
From where we had breakfast to my house it is first a twenty minute walk in a straight direction,
Al pasar todo eso, subimos una pequeña montaña, cansa un poco y hay que caminar nuevamente como 20 minutos más si vamos lento, sino, 10 minutos dependiendo de la rapidez, en este caso, este día domingo iba con mi novia y ella es discapacitada entonces le cuesta subir rápidamente, entonces vamos poco a poco hasta que llegamos finalmente a la cima... Descansamos durante varios días.
After all that, we climb a small mountain, it tires a little and we have to walk again about 20 minutes more if we go slowly, if not, 10 minutes depending on the speed, in this case, this Sunday I was going with my girlfriend and she is disabled so it is difficult to climb quickly, then we go slowly until we finally reached the top... We rested for several days.
Ese fin de semana luego de varios días, un muy querido tío cumplió años así que fuimos junto con mi madre a celebrar y compartir en familia, mi mamá preparó una divina torta de parchita mientras que uno de mis tíos preparó un exquisito pollo al horno acompañado de ensalada.
That weekend after several days, a very dear uncle had his birthday so we went with my mother to celebrate and share with the family, my mom prepared a divine parchita cake while one of my uncles prepared an exquisite baked chicken with salad.
Pasando una semana, tenía que volver a ensayo en Maracay, mi novia y yo un día antes nos fuimos nuevamente al restaurante que está como a 40 minutos de aquí, se llama "Donde la negra" y comimos papitas fritas, tomamos batidos de chocolate y jugos.
A week later, I had to go back to rehearsal in Maracay, my girlfriend and I went to the restaurant called "Donde la negra", which is about 40 minutes away from here, and we ate chips, had chocolate shakes and juices.
Entre esas noches también preparé junto con mi novia unos panes de sandwich tostados y por encima acompañados con una ensalada; la ensalada fue con lechuga americana previamente lavada y troceada, jamón arepero ahumado, un aderezo de huevo salchochado que contenía pimentón y ajo y un poquito de cebolla; sobre esos panes y la ensalada colocamos un pollo salteado en vegetales y queso.
Between those nights I also prepared together with my girlfriend some toasted sandwich breads and on top of them a salad; the salad was with American lettuce previously washed and chopped, smoked ham, a sautéed egg dressing containing paprika and garlic and a little bit of onion; on top of those breads and the salad we put a chicken sautéed in vegetables and cheese.
🩹 Justo el día que debo volver a Maracay y mi novia a su casa, cuando estamos bajando la montaña y llegamos a la parada de buses, observamos a lo lejor el bus directo a nuestro destino, es muy extraño que pase justo por la zona donde vivo ya que casi siempre debemos primero tomar un bus ahí hacia el terminal de ésta zona y luego el de Maracay. Nosotros estábamos felices y cuando me voy a montar en el bus, no me moví rápidamente y la puerta me golpeó en la frente muy cerca de mi ojo 😓 se me llenó la cara de sangre me tuvieron que hacer presión en la herida y rápidamente el señor del bus nos dice "tiene que ir al hospital", nos dejó en una parada y tuvimos que llamar a mi tía para que nos ayudara a ir ya que ella tenía carro, así que al llegar mi tía, fuimos al hospital y me colocaron dos puntos... La herida no fue muy grave, sangré mucho porque estaba un poco profunda y por eso mismo los puntos, mi novia se quedó conmigo para ayudarme a limpiar la herida y esperar a que se curara un poco. Tremendo susto! Pero menos mal no fue peor.
🩹 Just the day I have to go back to Maracay and my girlfriend to her house, when we are going down the mountain and we arrive at the bus stop, we observe in the distance the bus direct to our destination, it is very strange that it passes right by the area where I live since almost always we must first take a bus there to the terminal of this area and then the one in Maracay. We were happy and when I go to get on the bus, I did not move quickly and the door hit me in the forehead very close to my eye 😓 my face was full of blood they had to make pressure on the wound and quickly the man of the bus tells us "you have to go to the hospital", he left us at a stop and we had to call my aunt to help us to go since she had car, so when my aunt arrived, we went to the hospital and they put two stitches... The wound was not very serious, I bled a lot because it was a little deep and that's why the stitches, my girlfriend stayed with me to help me clean the wound and wait for it to heal a little. What a scare! But thank goodness it wasn't worse.
Como estaba descansando por el cansancio de todo lo que habíamos vivido, al pasar la tercera noche un amigo nos fue a visitar junto con su novia, estuvimos compartiendo y viendo películas tranquilamente desde mi casa.
As I was resting due to the tiredness of all that we had lived, on the third night a friend of mine came to visit us with his girlfriend, we were sharing and watching movies quietly from my house.
Esa misma noche cenamos con pizzas y bueno, duré varios días en otros asuntos después de eso, tratando de reorganizarme con los amigos de la banda, trabajando y analizando esos días en los que disfruté grandemente y al mismo tiempo tuve un pequeño susto, realmente le agradezco al universo siempre por cada momento, bueno o malo, me dejan un aprendizaje.
That same night we had dinner with pizzas and well, I lasted several days in other matters after that, trying to reorganize with the friends of the band, working and analyzing those days in which I enjoyed greatly and at the same time I had a little scare, I really thank the universe always for every moment, good or bad, they leave me a learning.
