Examen Estatal Superado, "Un nuevo médico en Hive" (ESP-ENG)

Hola, como se encuentran mis amigos de Cervantes, que orgullo poder a estar por aquí con todos ustedes, hoy más que nunca, pues como se pueden imaginar con ese título, desde hoy puedo decir que "soy médico", también quería disculparme con todos mis amigos ya que hace ratico no he podido curar y comentar sus publicaciones como diariamente suelo hacer, pero se que en esta ocasión me entenderán.

Esta última semana fue de las más intensas, estudiando todo el tiempo para poder salir satisfactoriamente en este examen, como precisamente sucedió, ya los días más cercanos a la prueba lo que primó fue la ansiedad y el temor, eso acompañado al ver las fotos de todos mis compañeros ya habiendo logrado el objetivo y yo aún pendiente a este, creo que fue lo que más me chocó.

This last week was one of the most intense, studying all the time to be able to successfully pass this exam, as it happened, and the days closest to the test what prevailed was anxiety and fear, that accompanied by seeing the pictures of all my classmates having already achieved the goal and me still pending to this, I think it was what shocked me the most.

Mi compañera y yo llegamos bien tempranito para que nos fueran asignados nuestros pacientes, de los cuales no teníamos ni idea que patologías iban a tener estos, para mi dicha me tocó un paciente con una clínica muy florida, decimos así cuando es una persona como esta con una gran polimorbilidad, él padecía de Hipertensión, Diabetes Mellitus tipo II, Enfermedad Renal Crónica, Pie Diabético y Infección Urinaria Alta, ciertamente tiene sus ventajas ya que hay mucho contenido por donde hablar y lucirte, como fue el caso.

Luego de un extenso interrogatorio y examen físico, pasamos a una consulta más privada para el intercambio con el tribunal a evaluar, para debatir sobre la Historia del paciente, datos positivos al interrogatorio, al examen físico, síndromes identificados, el planteamiento nosológico, los diferenciales o causas menos probables de la sintomatología, Indicaciones de complementarios así como el posible resultado a obtener teniendo encuenta el paciente en estudio, y por último el tratamiento teniendo en cuenta los aspectos preventivos, curativos y para evitar las complicaciones.

After an extensive interrogation and physical examination, we move to a more private consultation for the exchange with the court to be evaluated, to discuss the patient's history, positive data to the interrogation, physical examination, syndromes identified, the nosological approach, the differential or less probable causes of symptomatology, indications of complementary and the possible result to obtain considering the patient under study, and finally the treatment taking into account the preventive, curative aspects and to avoid complications.

Tengo que decirles que me fue de maravilla, obtuve una calificación de 98 puntos, menuda felicidad cuando terminé el examen, aún sin el conocimiento de la nota ya sentía una tranquilidad, como si me hubiese quitado un peso de más de una tonelada de encima🤭. Y que orgullo poder decir "Ya soy médico", aunque aún ni me lo crea, todavía lo estoy asimilando y tratando de entender como es que todo este tiempo a pasado tan rápido.🥺

I have to tell you that I did great, I got a score of 98 points, what a happiness when I finished the exam, even without the knowledge of the grade I already felt a tranquility, as if I had removed a weight of more than a ton🤭. And what a pride to be able to say "I am already a doctor", although I still can't believe it, I am still assimilating it and trying to understand how all this time has passed so fast 🥺.

Luego de un pequeño brindis entre los que nos evaluamos hoy y el tribunal, por supuesto que tocó seguir celebrando con la familia, los amigos que me han acompañado durante toda la carrera y una ricas cervecitas cristales que no por gusto son "la preferida de cuba".

After a small toast between those who evaluated us today and the tribunal, of course it was time to continue celebrating with family, friends who have accompanied me throughout the race and a delicious crystal beers that are not by chance "the favorite of Cuba".
