Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes que importancia tienen las manualidades; para muchas personas son sus medios de subsistencia y hasta ser grandes empresarios.
Today I want to share with you how important crafts are; for many people they are their means of subsistence and even being great entrepreneurs.
Las Manualidades:
Son trabajos efectuados con las manos, con o sin ayuda de herramientas. Podemos decir; que todas las personas tienen dones y uno de eso es el trabajar y hacer cosas creativas con sus manos.
The handcrafts
They are works carried out with the hands, with or without the help of tools. We can say; that all people have gifts and one of them is working and doing creative things with their hands.
Generalmente, se denomina así a algunas labores didácticas en las cuales se busca como objetivo un avance personal, desarrollo de la creatividad, y son una forma de esparcimiento. La capacidad para realizar manualidades está asociada al desarrollo motriz de quienes las elaboran.
Generally, this is the name given to some didactic tasks in which a personal advance, development of creativity is sought as an objective, and are a form of recreation. The ability to make crafts is associated with the motor development of those who make them.
Yo nunca hice un curso de manualidad; desde pequeña me llamo la atención de crear y hacer cosas, luego al pasar los años fui trabajando con mis manualidades, actualmente unos de mis trabajos es catering, eventos y fiestas preparo desde la decoración hasta las comidas y es impresionante como es un anti estrés el hacer manualidades ya que te relajas cuando estas creando y dejas de pensar en tus preocupaciones.
I never did a craft course; Since I was little I was struck by creating and doing things, then over the years I was working with my crafts, currently some of my jobs are catering, events and parties I prepare from decoration to meals and it is impressive how anti-stress is the do crafts as you relax when you are creating and stop thinking about your concerns.
Hay un decir # hágalo tu mismo #, soy de las personas que procura hacer casi todo por mí misma y así he aprendido ha hacer arreglos florales, centros de mesa, decoración infantiles, bolos, dulces, comidas entre otras. Como pueden ver en las imágenes y hasta hacer una paella para 300 personas. Todo depende de la voluntad que se tenga y se podrá lograr hacer cualquier objetivo o meta que se propongan.
There is a saying # do it yourself #, I am one of the people who tries to do almost everything by myself and so I have learned to make flower arrangements, centerpieces, children's decoration, bowling, sweets, meals, among others. As you can see in the images and even make a paella for 300 people. It all depends on the will you have and you can achieve any objective or goal that you set.
Los artesanos que realizan sus manualidades aprovechan su creatividad para convertirla en negocio y montar su propia empresa. Un estudio concluyó que la creatividad empresarial está relacionada con la ventaja competitiva, lo que significa que los empresarios creativos tienen más posibilidades de lograr el éxito al trabajar con ideas innovadoras y únicas.
El empresario creativo es importante para la generación de nuevos empleos, puesto que permite que otros artesanos desarrollen sus pequeños negocios y ayuden al desarrollo económico de su comunidad. Cuando estamos hablando de empresario creativo nos referimos a la manera de pensar de los artesanos para resolver sus problemas y estrategias competitivas para mercadear sus productos. Este concepto de creatividad le permite a los artesanos colaborar entre ellos mismos y desarrollar redes de trabajo, compartir ideas y mejorar sus industrias. Además pueden recibir colaboración de artistas, educadores, el propio gobierno y empresarios de su comunidad.
The creative entrepreneur is important for the generation of new jobs, since it allows other artisans to develop their small businesses and help the economic development of their community. When we are talking about a creative entrepreneur, we refer to the way of thinking of artisans to solve their problems and competitive strategies to market their products. This concept of creativity allows artisans to collaborate with each other and develop networks, share ideas and improve their industries. They can also receive collaboration from artists, educators, the government itself and entrepreneurs from their community.
Una persona con creatividad empresarial es capaz de maximizar sus opciones y sus ganancias, es un buen planificador, optimiza el uso del tiempo, es innovador, se preocupa por la calidad y toma ideas de otros negocios exitosos.
A person with entrepreneurial creativity is able to maximize their options and their profits, is a good planner, optimizes the use of time, is innovative, cares about quality and takes ideas from other successful businesses.
Haciendo uno mismo las decoraciones de las fiestas o cualquier evento se ahorra una cantidad de dinero en mi caso les hago todos los preparativos a mis hijos desde que eran pequeños. Fui para algunos sitios para preguntar y que me hicieran presupuesto por ejemplo de el cumpleaños de mi hija y gastaria el doble hasta el triple de lo que yo gastaría en solo materiales y ese dinero que me ahorraría lo usaba en otra cosa acá les dejo de algunas cosas que hacía yo mismo en los cumple o graduación de mi hija Julieth.
Making the decorations for the parties or any event yourself saves an amount of money in my case I make all the preparations for my children since they were little. I went to some places to ask and they would make a budget for me, for example, my daughter's birthday and I would spend double to triple what I would spend on just materials and I would use that money to save on something else. Things I did myself at my daughter Julieth's birthday or graduation.
