However, many of the old users who have between 10K and 60K Hive Power are powering down, transferring the liquid HIVE to the exchanges, and selling. I think most of these users will leave the ecosystem in the next 1-2 months because they started powering down in September-October. Once they sell their HIVE the bearish pressure will diminish and the price will start to increase sustainably. This is my point of view.

well some are just powering down some % of their stake. Many whales do this too, it doesn't necessarily mean that they want to sell all of their stake. I don't think that's a smart thing to do right now ;)
