The current pump is clearly being driven by UpBit speculators.
It may have initially been triggered by fundamentals, eg. demand from Splinterlands or the earlier action from HBD stabilizer, but that's not what's driving it now. It's the same thing that was driving the HBD pump and pretty much most of crypto.
