    These datas do not really match with the ones from @arcange (in terms of DAUs). Do you have an idea why ?

    I think @arcange and I have a (small) difference in how to define an 'active user'.

      Another day of deflation. 17217 less Hive in existence than yesterday.

      Even virtual supply is virtually unchanged. (35 more virtual hive than yesterday).

        Came over to see how the price surge was affecting user stats. Seems a bit more activity but not as much as I'd hope for.

        Curious to see if @lordbutterfly's marketing proposal will draw more interest in as well. Interesting times!

        Looks like the “accounts transacting” is going up.

        Waiting patiently for the number to double.

        But the average number of comments are not going up.
        It is around 2-3, and most of those comments are bot comments.

        If people have time to post, then why they do not have time to comment?

          The amount of comments has gone up. It used to be 0-1 comments.

          The LEO platform has really helped with that respect, many of the posts there receive multiple comments.

          If you keep looking for things that do not work on this platform, you will keep finding them. If you start looking for the things that work, you will find them too.

            I'm hopeful that with an upcoming HF that this will change. Writing comments, prior to HF 22-ish, was a nice way to earn and be noticed and with changes to how curation works coming I think people will again be encouraged to put more effort in this area.

              I think that overall they have been going up, i might be wrong but usually posts are higher than comments and when the price is down people don't post as much and make more comments, so now people are starting to post more again.
