Morning walk done by 5am and thinking I had to work quickly did dishes and laundry before heading off. Stopping to visit Mel at work before dropping off an order for #MeckDesigns … I suppose I wasn’t supposed to work today 😅 went and watched the birds instead 😏. With the free time I did however get out for the first SkipTheDishes shift in a little while. I did not have the focus about me to record anything later on in the day starting to struggle with pain.

Yea man it was a fairly good day, ran right till the end 😅 then dropped like a rock as usual.
The pain relief will come in time but not without pushing through first 💪
