Bernard Von NotHaus was so fed up with the fed, he created his own rival Silver Dollar Coin. He came up with NORFED or National Origination for the Repeal of the Federal Reserve Act.
There are many variations of his Silver Dollar Coins. The US Government did not take kindly to this Rival. There was a time when these Silver Coins were considered to be counterfeit. But today, One can own them as long as they don't try to spend them as $20(USD). They were minted by the Sunshine Mint.

That's a great name for the coin. Norfed is use as Silver but no dollar value, it's good design !
