I have long been attracted to anything dragon (and thus collected them in different forms, including in Beanie Baby), even before I started stacking. WHY? I was born on the Lunar Calendar Year of the FIRE DRAGON, the strongest and fiercest Dragon in mythical land, LOL!
The first Perth Mint dragon coins that I acquired were the 2020 Lunar Dragon I and the 2012 Lunar Dragon II. I may show the Lunar Dragon coins in the future.
For this week, I will show three silver dragon coins, starting with this first commemorative issue release in 2017.

I regret that I did not. Gosh, they ere so inexpensive back then, but I only and usually get one specimen of a coin that is not in my stacking list. OMG, they are so pricey today and will not be able to afford it at all. Same with my Lunar Dragons, I only have one of each of the I and II, I could have bought several then even when they already came with a premium in 2015. For sure your Black Flag Queen Anne's revenge will be the same. Of the Perth Mint designs, the Dragons and the Swan were what I chose to "collect". I got the first Swan because of the hype and I love the elegant design of it. Like your Black Flag, the introductory price was really high. I bought two MS70 dragon Phoenix when they first came out. Glad i did they are going for double what i paid now. Love dragon coins rounds or pours. Nice show bestie🥰🤗
I would just naturally get the dragons because of the design. So I lucked out that I did, but you, on the other hand, just have an instinct about these coins.

Good show @silversaver888. I'm not a huge dragon guy but those are some quality coins, no doubt.
Hehehe, not all are dragon guys! Other than dragons, the other mythical creature I like and therefore collect are mermaids! And then, I am a dyed-in-the-wool American Patriot, so any American icon design on silver or gold coins or generic pieces, I get them for my stack (SOL, American Buffalo, American Prospector, American Bald Eagle) especially if they are trade unit designs.

I love the fine detail on the Reverse of these coins with the Dragon and Phoenix! 😀Then you flip it over to the Obverse and the very classic Queen Elizabeth II!

I love Dragons on silver coins, and hopefully someday when the year of the dragon comes along, I will be able to buy the fractional gold version. I think it will come around again in 2024 or 2025.
