A Daily Dose: Why someone makes you suffer!

It was a story that you wished might have never happened, a ruined friendship over little things and where respect was gone. Do you still remember how the story started? How you suffered and how it changed your way of living?

You probably don't want me to take you back in the past, but you need to face it with your head held up high for you to understand and realize everything. You're free to shed tears, don't hold back the tears. They show your sufferings and the strength you had to cry them out.

Everyone always wanted to know your reactions to any questions. They wanted to know your side of the story as if you were top-notched characters in a film. Some wanted to be like the both of you, and some feel confident just by hearing you talk information. You were role models.

From what people see of you, you make the best team. And the bond between you two is unbreakable. You always have each other trying to give your best as possible as you can, a reason why everyone respects the both of you.

One day, all that turned upside down. No one has ever imagined that the best of friends could become enemies. Everything changed, and what was a brave heart has been consumed by hatred. And then respect began to disappear as the both of you treated each other untrustworthy. All of that happened in one day.

Should I still tell you exactly how it all started? I don't think I have to anymore because probably everything came back to you while I was talking. I also know it was more detailed than what I probably know. But let me ask you now. How are you?

How are you after years of not knowing how each other is doing? Do you still have that hate the same as what you had before? Now that you've matured enough and come to realize a lot of things, what will you do if you had the chance to go back and change an unfavorable ending?

"When another person makes you suffer, it is because he suffers deeply within himself, and his suffering is spilling over. He does not need punishment; he needs help." - Thich Nhat Hanh

Why do some people who are suffering tend to make someone else's life miserable as well? How would you help someone who is suffering deep within himself?
