What's up friends, I continue my search for mobile games that are entertaining to share with you, that besides offering fun, contain plot and are demanding in terms of gameplay, I confess that it has not been easy to find one that meets my expectations, frankly it has been difficult to play something that amuses me, I have installed on my phone several games for a few years, however, I have seen some that promise to be good and I want to give them a chance, like the one I come to present today.
Que tal amigos, continuo con mi búsqueda de juegos móviles que sean entretenidos para compartirlos con ustedes, que además de ofrecer diversión, contengan trama y sean exigentes en cuanto a jugabilidad, confieso que no ha sido fácil encontrar alguno que cubra mis expectativas, francamente ha sido difícil jugar algo que me divierta últimamente, incluso tengo instalados en mi teléfono varios juegos desde hace unos años, sin embargo, he visto algunos que prometen ser buenos y deseo darles una oportunidad, como el que hoy les vengo a presentar.
It is a post-apocalyptic survival shooter against zombies, I must confess that I have never been a fan of these games, because I believe that the purpose of a video game is to entertain, not to distress you, and I think that zombie games or any other of the horror genre, distress more than they entertain, however, I found The Walking Zombie II entertaining and interesting, to the point that I was encouraged to download it.
Es un shooter de sobrevivencia post apocalíptico contra zombis, debo confesar que nunca he sido fanático de estos juegos, porque soy creyente que un videojuego tiene como propósito divertir, no angustiarte, y creo que los juegos de zombis o cualquier otro del género de terror, angustian más de lo que divierten, sin embargo, The Walking Zombie II me pareció entretenido e interesante, al punto que me anime a descargarlo.
Story
Nothing changes in this type of game, it is the typical survivor in a post apocalyptic time, where most of humanity is infected by some kind of virus and have become zombies, and you must fight to survive along with a few other people, in other words, it is more of the same to what we are already used to, Google play store is full of plenty of games of this style, then you may wonder what made me download it?
Nada cambia en este tipo de juegos, es el típico sobreviviente en un tiempo post apocalíptico, donde la mayoría de la humanidad está infectada por alguna especie de virus y se han convertido en zombis, y debes luchar para sobrevivir junto a otras pocas personas, en otras palabras, es más de lo mismo a lo que ya estamos acostumbrado, Google play store está llena de infinidad de juegos de este estilo, entonces se preguntaran ¿Qué me hizo que lo descargara?

The first thing was its graphics, I found them a bit retro, a kind of cartoon polygonal graphics that makes it different from what abounds in the app store, that was the first thing that attracted me, so I downloaded it to try, its initial story was the second thing I liked, because despite being a kind of cartoon, it was raw from the start, making it clear that it was more than a mobile game for children, making me remember the shooters of the early 90s.
Lo primero fueron sus gráficos, me parecieron algo retro, una especie de gráficos poligonales caricaturizados que lo hace diferente a lo que abunda en la tienda de apps, eso fue lo primero que me atrajo, así que lo descargue para probar, su historia inicial fue lo segundo que me gusto, porque a pesar de ser como una especie de caricatura, fue crudo desde un inicio, dejándote claro que era más que un juego móvil para niños, haciéndome recordar los shooters de principios de los 90s.
Features
I think you will be as surprised as I am by the amount of details that this game has, the first and quite important is that you can play offline, and that it is RPG style. The second thing is that for a game that was released 3 years ago it maintains a very good rating of 4.5 stars, which is good because games this old eventually don't get updated anymore, and they start to crash on new versions of Android and new phones, which triggers a number of reviews and bad ratings among new users.
Creo que se sorprenderán tanto como yo la cantidad de detalles que tiene este juego, lo primero y bastante importante es que puedes jugar offline, y que es del estilo RPG. Lo segundo que para ser un juego que fue lanzado hace 3 años mantiene una muy buena calificación de 4.5 estrellas, lo cual resulta bueno porque los juegos tan viejos con el tiempo no se les actualiza más, y empiezan a fallar en las nuevas versiones de Android y los nuevos teléfonos, lo que desencadena una serie de críticas y malas calificaciones entre los nuevos usuarios.
Both you and I know that mobile games are usually of few details, it is true that we can find many that offer many options in their gameplay, but they are not for all tastes, so this game surprised me in terms of what it offers:
Tanto ustedes como yo sabemos que los juegos móviles suelen ser de pocos detalles, es cierto que podemos encontrar muchos que ofrecen bastantes opciones en su jugabilidad, pero no son para todos los gustos, por eso este juego me sorprendió en cuanto a lo que ofrece:
- Guaranteed 50+ hours of linear gameplay following the story.
- 350+ quests to complete with their respective dialogues.
- 68 upgrades and skills to improve and master.
- More than 250 weapons and items to collect.
- Another good fact is the number of zombies eliminated daily, the devs mention that there are more than 9 million.
- One that I really liked is that there are approximately 100 NPC's to interact with and each one has its own dialogue.
- Garantiza más de 50 horas de jugabilidad de manera lineal siguiendo la historia.
- 350+ quest que completar con sus respectivos diálogos.
- 68 mejoras y habilidades para mejorar y dominar.
- Son más de 250 armas e ítems para recolectar.
- Otro buen dato es el número de zombis eliminados a diario, los dev mencionan que son más 9 millones.
- Uno que me gustó mucho es que cuenta con aproximadamente 100 NPC’s con los que interactuar y cada uno tiene su propio dialogo.
These features tell us about a game in which the developer team has put a lot of interest and love, and it also has versions for IOS and Steam, with a total of 25 million downloads between the 3 platforms.
Estas características nos hablan de un juego en el cual se puso interés y amor por parte del equipo desarrollador, además cuenta con versiones para IOS y también Steam, sumando un total de 25 millones de descargas entre las 3 plataformas.
Gameplay
In the introduction you receive a good opening of how the action of this game will be, immediately you must eliminate a few zombies to survive, and immediately you are taught how the controls are, on the left side of the screen the mobility of the character and the right side to aim, and when the sight is placed on the target you choose, it shoots automatically.
En la introducción recibes un buen abre boca de cómo será la acción de este juego, inmediatamente debes eliminar unos cuantos zombis para sobrevivir, y de forma inmediata se te enseñan como son los controles, del lado izquierdo de la pantalla la movilidad del personaje y del lado derecho para apuntar, y cuando la mira esta puesta sobre el blanco que escojas, dispara automáticamente.

Una vez aceptada la misión se despliega un mapa bastante interactivo con varios detalles a resaltar, lo primero es que el traslado de un sitio a otro es automático, inicialmente no es un mundo abierto, y estos traslados consumen combustible del que disponemos de 50 galones, es de suponer que, de algún vehículo, y demos buscar siempre para poder movernos. Ya estando en el campo de tiro la primera misión es aprender a usar nuestras armas, se nos permite escoger una nueva.
Then we familiarize ourselves a little with the menu and inventory, where we equip our weapons and other items, such as clothing that provides defense against zombie attacks, a primary and secondary weapon, we can also know what our level and experience, in addition to resources such as coins and treasures. We must also improve our weapons and level them up, thanks to the points obtained in missions.
Luego nos familiarizamos un poco con el menú e inventario, donde equipamos nuestras armas y otros ítems, como la ropa que brinda defensa ante los ataques zombis, un arma primaria y otra secundaria, también podemos conocer cuál es nuestro nivel y experiencia, además de los recursos como las monedas y tesoros. Las armas también debemos mejorarlas y subirlas de nivel, gracias a los puntos obtenidos en misión.
The first mission is to repair the fence of the shooting range so that the zombies do not enter, I must say that the action is guaranteed, because trying to repair the fence I was attacked at every moment by zombies, even moving from one point to another there was always a good amount of zombies to eliminate.
Ya habiendo ajustado todo lo necesario a nivel de inventario y personajes, nos dirigimos a la acción, la primera misión es reparar la cerca del campo de tiro para que los zombis no entre, debo decir que la acción está garantizada, porque intentando repara la cerca era atacado a cada instante por los zombis, incluso trasladándome de un punto a otro siempre había una buena cantidad de zombis que eliminar.
After each mission we go to the person who commissioned it and receive the rewards for finishing it, things that we can sell in Woodland and get coins that will help us to buy items, clothes and new weapons with the merchant, and I must say that many are pretty cool to have fun hunting zombies.
Finalizada cada misión nos dirigimos a quien nos la comisiono y recibimos las recompensas por acabarla, cosas que podemos vender en Woodland y obtener monedas que nos servirán para adquirir ítems, ropa y armas nuevas con el comerciante, y debo decir que muchas están bastante geniales para divertirnos cazando zombis.
In conclusion the game is very well done and with enough details, and I have only mentioned 1% of what it can offer, I invite you to try it for yourselves and draw your own conclusions, however, I personally recommend it because it can provide several hours of fun and is not repetitive like most mobile games available, and for those who are not so young and have a Gamer heart for a few years, surely you will like the retro style of its design, but combined with good graphics and animations that even have a funny touch in many moments. The only negative point for me is the sensitivity of the controls with the touch screen, but nothing that over time we can not get used to handle.
En conclusión el juego está muy bien hecho y con bastantes detalles, y yo solo he mencionado un 1% de lo que puede ofrecer, les invito a que lo prueben por ustedes mismos y saquen sus propias conclusiones, sin embargo, yo personalmente lo recomiendo porque puede brindar varias horas de diversión y no es nada repetitivo como la mayoría de los juegos móviles disponibles, y para los que no son tan jóvenes y tienen un corazón Gamer desde hace unos cuantos años, de seguro les gustara el estilo retro de su diseño, pero combinado con buenos gráficos y animaciones que incluso tienen un toque divertido en muchos momentos. El único punto negativo para mi es la sensibilidad de los controles con la pantalla táctil, pero nada que con el tiempo no podamos acostumbrarnos a manejas.
