This thing is absolutely amazing the machine work is phenomenal and I am just absolutely tickled the bronze barrel is a way more subdued golden hue then I thought it would be.

Well it has a little bit bigger of a barrel and the muscle device is a little longer however the extreme weather coating and the barrel coating as well as the barrel being fluted...

300 blackout I have the 16 in PSA upper as well as eight and a half inch PSA upper.
Then I have the wonderful 458 so come upper and the 458 socom upper project!!!
Well I think other than a 22LR upper and maybe a 450 Bushmaster and 350 legend upper, I might be finished.
Oh wait I take that back 762x39 Soviet as well as 5.45 Soviet are definitely high on my list along with that 450 Bushmaster and eventually a 22 LR.
Then we're talking additional sites magazines and ammo for All the above.
Maybe I should just quit while I'm ahead... And I am definitely ahead today!

I just want a deal on a 7.62x39 upper.Short stroke piston instead of gas impingement, if possible. My wallet hates my ambitions here though.

I would go to Bear Creek arsenal and they have an amazing one. If you are careful you can get it on sale for $239.

The only other issue seems to be mags. 7.62x39 has a very aggressive case taper that wants a more aggressive mag curve, and the larger diameter of the round itself makes feeding out the front of a standard .223 mag problematic. Not that I have mags or rounds on hand to check before writing this post or anything. Pure speculation. ;)
Going with bear creek and their gen 2 enhanced 762x39 and their recommend mags? It works like a clock.

Congrats! What optic are you going to use on there? If you want to keep spending money, optics are a whole 'nother money pit. You can always spend a little (or a lot) more 😂
Well I've got an ADM QD mount with a crossfire ii BDC reticle scope.
6-24 power.
And I've got the 507c reddot with cowittness mount. That's $400 plus. Qd mount as well. It's awesome. And I can swap out short range to longer optical scope of needed.
But what am I doing with them? Lol
I just got a cheapo LPVO to go on an AR-22 just to try it out. Fuckin money pit :)
