Auskochen von Bienenrähmchen
In diesem Video zeige ich, wie man Bienenrähmchen, die zuvor mit dem Sonnen- oder Dampfwachsschmelzer ausgeschmolzen wurden, richtig und steril auskocht. Man bekommt fast neuartige Rähmchen die vor allem keim frei und Pilz frei sind, und somit bei erneuter Wiederverwendung keine Krankheiten in ein Bienenvolk einschleppen.
Wir arbeiten mit Natronlauge, die zuvor im Verhältnis 150g Ätznatron auf 5l kaltes Wasser angesetzt wird. Insgesamt benötigt unser Aufbau ca. 50l Wasser. Ebenfalls sehr wicht ist, geeignete Schutzkleidung (Gummistiefel, Wasserfeste Kleidung und eine Schutzbrille) zu tragen.

Boiling bee frames
In this video I show how to boil bee frames, which were previously melted out with the sun or steam wax melter, correctly and sterile. You get almost new frames that are free of germs and fungi, and thus do not introduce diseases into a bee colony when reused.
We work with caustic soda, which is previously prepared in the ratio 150g caustic soda to 5l cold water. In total, our setup requires about 50l of water. It is also very important to wear suitable protective clothing (rubber boots, waterproof clothing and goggles).
