A new game has been kicked off. The story of the best covert ops the US has to offer. How they took down the largest cartel, coca producing, privatised country.
Karen Bowman, an alias used by the woman who has been living on it for the last 5 years, fill in the team on the information about probably the largest coca producing country in world. Last week, an intense bomb explosion outside the US embassy in La Paz, Bolivia and injured 2 marine soldiers in the process. 2 days later, a CIA operative provided gruesome images of the people who were exterminated.
From them, a man named Ricardo Sandaval was murdered. He was a friend of Karen Bowman. The man had investigated the cartel for the past 6 years. The initial bombing was meant for Sandoval but they failed. They achieved to end him later up close. The man was tortured and the body was yet to recover.
Initially, the government went against the Mexican drug cartel and arrested the responsible people for their crimes. So, they came up with an army called the Unidad. It failed.
After a thousand bodies, the politicians, police officers, journalists became an extinct species. The Bolivian government imploded on itself and came up with a plan to keep such people away from their lands. They wouldn’t kill the government and instead they would turn a blind eye to their actions.
Then, they became free to export the coca. Since then, Santa Blanca turned Bolivia into the nexus of the drug.
With they connections in Mexico, they have a clear route to US and Canada.
The cartel commonly named as the Santa Blanca Cartel. There waste 4 crucial aspects through which this whole organisation could be taken down. Production, security, smuggling, influence. Above them all is the head of the cartel, El Sueño.
El Sueño, the head of the drug cartel. He had a dream, to be free for making his own coca. He brought his people from Mexico to Bolivia. He started buying lands on Bolivia. What they couldn’t buy, they took and slowly but surely they bought politicians, police and soon even the whole government was under them. He became the uncrowned kind of the land. He never lied though, as he considered it an offence against himself. He did confess that he took children from parents, wives from husbands.
Karen informs of the group about El Sueño. She was a rookie in a field op and knew that the ghost’s group was present. The ghost played oblivious to the ordeal. The men introduced themselves and said how they came to where they were, a fair trade of information considering that they were entering unknown lands with the potential of being dead. Karen tells the men that they would help the rebel forces who put up a resistance against the Unidad and Santa Blanca forces.
Touchdown. The leader of the rebels Pac Katari, Karen referred to him as Kataris 26, received the fine gentlemen. He was displeased by only 4 yanqis as he mentioned. He said he need army of hundreds of men not a handful, one yanqi died so they sent a few only. Karen assured him that the quad of men there were the best the country of US had to offer, with them he wouldn’t need hundreds moreover, the US were not present for the rest of the world. PAC found the location of their founder of the rebel forces, Amaru. Time to play!
