South Park desde hace mucho tiempo ha sido una de las series mas polemicas y en mi opinion mejor creadas de todo el entretenimiento, cada capitulo que veo es mejor que el anterior, trata temas bastante crudos para todas las edades teniendo a los niños como el centro de la mayoria de las aventuras, siempre han sido ese tipo de show que no le molesta tratar tematicas dificiles y hasta super polemicas que dejarian seguro a mas de una serie fuera de cualquier canal de television, el Stick Of Truth ha sido uno de los pocos intentos de South Park de hacer un videojuego y vaya que lo han hecho bien en los pocos intentos que tienen, este en particular lo jugue cuando salio y hasta ahorita no lo habia vuelto a visitar, y sigue siendo tan hilarante como siempre.
Este juego es un videojuego de rol que esta enfocado en el mundo de South Park, lo mejor de todo es que a diferencia de muchos desarrollos de series a videojuegos este juego ha tenido la supervision y hasta la colaboracion de los creadores Trey Parker y Matt Stone para crear todos los guiones y hacer las voces tal cual fuese un capitulo de Soth Park, algo que se nota casi al instante de empezar el juego con un humor que es caracteristico de este mundo y la sensacion de que estamos viendo un capitulo mas solo que nosotros somos los que activan esos dialogos, todo comienza con una guerra entre elfos y humanos por la vara de la verdad pero muy rapidamente pasamos a varias situaciones tipicas de la serie en donde hay muchas referencias a capitulos asi como las situaciones clasicas de sus personajes.
Podemos crear nuestro personaje a partir de varias opciones y algo que me ha gustado es que hay una historia detras de nuestro arribo a South Park, esta bastante interesante lo que depara todo lo relacionado a nuestra familia aunque las primeras misiones son de salir a la calle a hacer algunos amigos, no pasa mucho tiempo hasta que nos encontramos con Butters (en mi top 3 de personajes de la serie) y tenemos que ayudarlo al mas puro estilo de los inicios de aventura en Pokemon, despues de darle un puñetazo al elfo que lo estaba atacando nos da las gracias y nos señala la casa del Gran Mago que por supuesto no es mas que Eric Cartman jugando a este version del señor de los anillos, nos da la bienvenida y lo primero que hacemos es elegir nuestra clase y aprender las nociones basicas del combate pateandole el culo a Clyde, las mecanicas del juego son bastante directas aunque se van complicando a medida que tenemos mas ataques disponibles, cada uno con sus propios controles para sacar el mejor provecho en batalla.
Tambien hay un sistema de defensa que podemos (o mas bien, necesitamos) usar cuando nuestros oponentes atacan, sorpresivamente siendo un juego basado en una serie tiene unas mecanicas solidas y bastante creativas, el tema de las clases en el juego y los ataques especiales que podemos usar me vuelan la cabeza cada vez que lo pienso ademas de que todas estas habilidades tambien podemos usarlas fuera de combate en el entorno para desbloquear ciertas zonas, coleccionables o botines, en fin despues de un corto tutorial sobre como afrontar las batallas nos enseñan la vara de la verdad, con la que cualquiera que la posea puede governar el universo y suena la alarma del campamento, los elfos nos atacaban y parecia nuevamente como si estuviese viendo un capitulo de la serie, todos los dialogos estan muy bien escritos y tienen esa esencia de los creadores, eso combinandolo con las mecanicas del juego hacen de este un producto bastante bueno.
En la batalla nos explicaban incluso mas opciones de combate que hacen de esta mecanica una ya bastante profunda, el hecho de que los enemigos puedan adaptarse a nuestro estilo de juego y la posibilidad de afrontar distintas estrategias hacen que South Park: the stick of truth sea uno de esos juegos de rol que tienes que jugar sobretodo si te gusta la serie ya que insisto tiene muchisimo contenido relacionado a las diferentes vivencias que se han dado en la serie, una pasada en todos los aspectos y eso que solo hace poco fue que empece.
Aunque ahora mismo estoy muy adelantado en el juego (ya voy por la cuarta mision) creo que es bastante pertinente poner mis primeras expresiones en un post para luego compararlas una vez termine o me aburra el juego, personalmente adoro south park de principio a fin asi que dudo muchisimo que este juego no logre entretenerme.

South Park has long been one of the most controversial and in my opinion best created series in all of entertainment, every episode I watch is better than the last, it deals with some pretty raw themes for all ages with kids at the center of most of the adventures, they have always been that kind of show that doesn't mind dealing with difficult and even super controversial topics that would surely leave more than one series out of any TV channel, the Stick Of Truth has been one of the few attempts of South Park to make a video game and wow they have done well in the few attempts they have, this particular one I played it when it came out and until now I had not revisited it, and it is still as hilarious as ever.
This game is a role-playing video game that is focused on the world of South Park, best of all is that unlike many developments of series to video games this game has had the supervision and even the collaboration of the creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone to create all the scripts and do the voices as if it were an episode of Soth Park, something that is noticed almost instantly to start the game with a humor that is characteristic of this world and the feeling that we are watching a chapter but we are the ones who activate these dialogues, it all starts with a war between elves and humans for the rod of truth but very quickly we move to several typical situations of the series where there are many references to chapters as well as the classic situations of their characters.
We can create our character from several options and something that I liked is that there is a story behind our arrival in South Park, this quite interesting what awaits everything related to our family although the first missions are to go out to the street to make some friends, it does not take long until we meet Butters (in my top 3 characters in the series) and we have to help him in the style of the beginnings of adventure in Pokemon, After punching the elf that was attacking him he thanks us and points us to the house of the Great Wizard who of course is none other than Eric Cartman playing this version of Lord of the Rings, he welcomes us and the first thing we do is choose our class and learn the basics of combat by kicking Clyde's ass, the game mechanics are pretty straightforward although they get more complicated as we have more attacks available, each with their own controls to get the best out of battle.
There is also a defense system that we can (or rather, we need to) use when our opponents attack, surprisingly being a game based on a series has a solid and quite creative mechanics, the theme of the classes in the game and special attacks that we can use blows my mind every time I think about it plus all these skills can also use them out of combat in the environment to unlock certain areas, collectibles or loot, Finally after a short tutorial on how to face the battles teach us the staff of truth, with which anyone who possesses it can rule the universe and the alarm sounds the camp, the elves attacked us and seemed again as if he were watching a chapter of the series, all the dialogues are very well written and have that essence of the creators, that combined with the mechanics of the game make this a pretty good product.
In the battle we explained even more combat options that make this mechanics already quite deep, the fact that the enemies can adapt to our style of play and the possibility of facing different strategies make South Park: the stick of truth is one of those RPGs that you have to play especially if you like the series as I insist has a lot of content related to the different experiences that have occurred in the series, a pass in all aspects and that only recently was that I started.
Although right now I am very advanced in the game (I'm already on the fourth mission) I think it is quite relevant to put my first expressions in a post and then compare them once I finish or I get bored of the game, personally I love south park from start to finish so I doubt very much that this game will not manage to entertain me.

Tremendo juegazo bro, además de gracioso a pesar de que es raro e incómodo a la vez jaja, pero es parte de su comedia absurda, si es la primera vez que lo juegas lo vas a disfrutar mucho jaja.
de pana que es un juegazo, lo jugue hace añales cuando estaaba pequeño y solo habia visto parte de la serie pero ahora que me he visto todas las temporadas un par de veces me encanta mucho mas
South Park is one of my favorite cartoons too. I don't specifically watch it, but whenever I see it on TV, I watch it. I didn't expect the game to be this good, because you know, usually the games of cartoons are simple and bad. I think it's definitely worth playing if it has good mechanics and a story. I remember watching the whole of Stick of Truth and Fractured but Whole, done by a gamer withing 30 hours. I wanted to play this but it's too big for me. It's based on a series that used to air a long time ago when there were no age restrictions or other stuff. Good to see you enjoy dude!
i just saw someone playing this excellent game. i hope it wasn't you... it's an impeccable game, not so much for the mechanics but for the story. a must for anyone who likes SP!
