Megaman X : el gran cambio del bombardero azul // Megaman X : the big change of the blue bomber

Empecemos.

When I think of the beginning of Gaming, I think of how all the game started that led to everything up to the point of today, games that have always been bases for many others through the years. And with that thought a few years ago I tried Megaman X for the first time and I admit it was the best thing ever.

This is Megaman X!

Let's get started.

You turn on your SNES, insert your cartridge, see a startup screen and you know that nothing is the same, with an excellent detail in its first screen we have a new Megaman that very clear that it is a better version than the previous one than the Classic Megaman. This is X a new reploids of a completely new generation. And so begins the change in Megaman X without having a single minute of gameplay. With a song so catchy that it's impossible to get out of your head in just its start menu, all that is a "starter course" for what's to come when it comes time to play. A thunderous sound that makes my skin crawl when I hear it again, that "PAWWWWWWW", when starting the game for the first time, that 16-bit sound triggers something that makes you feel happy, even if you've never heard that tune before it makes you feel so happy and active. It gives a little adrenaline rush that runs through your body filling you with a thousand emotions in just 1 minute of gameplay all that complemented with all the action that without a single explanation makes you know how to play. Everything is made to understand from the first minute what we have to do and it's beautiful.

The first level of Megaman X is a level so well done that it shouldn't exist, it teaches the player to play from the moment he enters the world, it has mini bosses, jumps and a difficulty curve simply enviable, it's so well done that it's scary. And the song at the beginning is always with us, but from one moment to another this becomes more gloomy being the arrival of the first "boss" of the game with a decaying notes that unconsciously lets us know that something is wrong, that something will happen and happens. And being defeated by the first boss seems like the end, but at the last minute we are saved by an unknown "Zero". I mean, in the first level we have so many things that would seem to be too many, but no, the gameplay learning to play, to fight, to feel the game so to speak and a little twist of script at the last minute leaves everything more than well done giving that curiosity to know what will happen next. Making all of us want to break the purple robot's mother hahaha. In a single level Megaman X lays the foundation for the entire story of the game with just a few dialogues. That's art my friends.

If you have played classic Megaman you will know that each level is a reference to the power of each Mavericks to beat. X takes it to another level with true interpretations of the scenarios in which we will be, being a reference of the powers of the Mavericks in the same way, but taken to another level. Perfected from each of the details either in the background of their scenarios or enemies in the same making sense with everything. At no time do we have to take an order to defeat the Mavericks, all are equally difficult, at any time we can face whoever we want and it will be the same, we simply have to have the necessary skill to defeat them.

Ufff, I apologize for being so extensive in its gameplay is that it is something to admire, now I would like to talk about its graphics. You know the 16 bits were a "golden" era for the games of yesteryear. An amazing visual level that just leaves us with our mouths open. To make art you don't need to see the pores of the characters or each hair follicle, you simply need a good animation, to want to transmit something, to have a sense and a feeling in what you want to do. Megaman X has it in each of its animations, you can notice a beautiful fluidity and dynamism, nothing that can be compared with things seen in previous games, from its small jump so basic to the loading of the Blaster is a mime in each of the particles that surround the character. Without even seeing the environment as it has a life of its own, with a ruined city or an abandoned park, or simply a jungle each has its own charm.

And each one has its own detail in each of its sections, with detailed scenarios to death and backgrounds that could be in many cases paintings, you only need to want to see that beautiful part of this title. And if you ever see it you will know that I am not wrong when I say that this game is pure art.

I'm really a lover of this saga and I think it shows a lot. And most of all of its incredible 16-bit themes that could be played at a party as electronic music. And people would dance just the same. Each song is as good as the previous one, having a little improvement in each one, but without overshadowing the previous one. Every sound on this title is simply measured, everything we heard was the effort of a whole team. Who gave their best to give a feeling to make something memorable. Something that even today is appreciated as many works of art. It is that being honest in every game I try to find its "mona lisa" or its "Melissa" works that are recognized worldwide. And I must say that Megaman X does not make this goal difficult.

Wow, I've written a lot and I've run out of time, my head hurts a little bit already.
I would like to end this with saying that this game is a great classic, I played it and appreciated it a lot. I enjoyed it until its last minute. And it would be a great thing if you guys leave me your own experiences about this title.

Until another one my hivers

Thank you very much for reading.
