But since I already know the root of the problem I decided it was better to talk about it in today's post and finally (for the third time) be able to clarify doubts about this topic and thus be able to help those who need it by giving advice regarding interaction.
The problem
As it is very well known Hive Blog, is a Social Network but a little different from the others because it is decentralized and based on the blockchain the hive, which allows to reward you for your quality publications with a monetary incentive.
Around this in hive, different communities have been created so that as many people as possible can participate and more and more people can benefit from this great help. To support those who publish quality content, there are the curators, users with a high voting power or HP, who are constantly looking for that quality content and thus encourage users to keep creating content every day.

But of course, these curators have rules, one of which is basically one of the pillars of the communities is interaction. It's a law that the curators strongly promote, because apart from creating quality content, the interaction between users is very necessary because just because you get paid to publish content doesn't mean that it automatically becomes a money machine and stops being a social network, whether you like it or not you have to interact and you do this through comments, reblogging other people's content and supporting them with your vote (regardless of your voting power) and also in discord.
The level of interaction between users and other communities is extremely high but unfortunately in this community there is not enough interaction and I think that mainly because users are attracted by the idea that by publishing content that talks about a video game will give them a high vote, and although it is true many of them come only for the monetary reward is to publish content and receive a vote, this obviously noticed by the curators and seeing that there is not enough interaction, they decide to eventually give their support. Because of this some users start asking in disagreement about the curators and their votes as a kind of indignation or claim, and I understand that a lot of work is done at the time of publishing here because personally it takes me two to three days to make a post. But my friend the rules are the rules and we have to respect them and if you want votes constantly in your publications you have to give more interaction in the community.
The problem part 2
Although the fact that there is no interaction is also due to many other factors, among which are: not knowing what to say since it is a post about a video game or a gameplay, not knowing how to give a good comment (Not a vague comment like Excellent post) and not finding the words simply do not interact and finally there are those who do not have time to interact.
Personally I have gone through all three, I have reached the crossroads of not knowing what to say because I don't understand what they are talking about because it is a game that is never played or that I don't know, I also want to contribute something more than just a excellent post and I have also seen that because making a post takes a lot of time of research, correction and more, I feel extremely tired and I am not willing to continue watching the screen so I don't have time to comment.
But to every problem I found a very useful solution:
If I don't know what videogame they are talking about, I simply Googl the name I see a couple of gameplays or the trailer and I already have a general idea of the comment I am going to give.
If I want to comment something more than just Excellent post tried to analyze and read very well the post many people not only talk about the game but about the experience they have obtained playing it so in the comment I talk about that (and the truth you get good interactions like that)
- And if I don't have time to interact, I just make the time. For example I set aside an hour each day to give a comment to new posts published on hivegc, so as not to overwhelm you I choose three or five posts. This way I create the time to interact in the community.
So we don't have any excuse not to give comments.
Benefits of interaction
Going beyond the simple monetary benefit, interacting with other users gives you more experience and knowledge in many subjects, to take an example, in the discord because I talked with different users I learned many things I didn't know about hive, I also learned to correct things I was doing wrong and of course to give more quality to my publications. none of this would have been achieved if I kept thinking that interaction is not necessary or that I don't have time to do it. And examples of the benefits of interaction are many, and each of us has seen different benefits.
In conclusion
I can understand, and I speak from my own experience, how difficult interaction can be in a community and more so in one where you don't know what they are talking about, but if you strive every day to create quality content to receive a good vote, you can put the same effort into giving good comments and excellent interaction.
Remember that the less interaction there is in this community the less support there will be for us from the curators and we will ruin this community ourselves, so next time you see that they are not supporting the content on hivegc don't get upset and start complaining about discord to the administrators, demanding votes. Before you submit your complaint, stop and think about what's really going on and ask yourself: Am I correctly supporting the community, or am I just using it to make money without caring about the concept of social network?

Hola a todos, el día de hoy tenía pensado hacer un post acerca de un videojuego que me encanta muchísimo, pero devido a que desde esta mañana estado interactuando en el discord de esta comunidad vi que un usuario estaba como haciendo una especie de reclamo porque los curadores no han estado activos recientemente, para confirmarlo por mismo fui al feed de la comunidad en Hive y pues si, era cierto.
Pero como ya yo sé cuál es la raíz del problema decidí que era mejor hablar de eso en el post de hoy y poder finalmente (Por tercera vez) aclarar dudas respecto a este tema y así poder ayudar aquellos que lo necesiten dándole consejos respecto a la interacción.
El problema
Cómo es muy bien sabido Hive Blog, es una Red social pero un poco distinta de las demás ya que es descentralizada y está basada en el blockchain the hive, lo cual permite recompensarte por tus publicaciones de calidad con un incentivo monetario.
En torno a esto en hive se han creado distintas comunidades para que puedan participar el máximo de personas y cada vez sean más los que se beneficien de esta gran ayuda, y Para apoyar a aquellos que publican contenido de calidad, existen los curadores, usuarios con un alto poder de voto o HP, que constantemente están en busca de ese contenido de calidad y así incentivan a los usuarios a seguir creando contenido todos los días.
¿Muy hermoso cierto?
Pero Claro, estos curadores tienen reglas una de ellas que es básicamente es uno de los pilares de las comunidades es la interacción. Es una ley que promueven los curadores encarecidamente, porque aparte de crear contenido de calidad, la interacción entre usuarios es muy necesariar porque el que te paguen por publicar contenido no significa que hive se convierte automáticamente en una máquina de dinero y deja de ser red social, te guste o no tienes que interactuar y esto lo haces por medio de comentarios, de rebloguear el contenido de otros y apoyarlos con tu voto (sin importar tu poder de voto) y tambien en el discord.
El nivel de interacción entre los usuarios otras comunidades, es sumamente alto pero lamentablemente en esta comunidad no hay suficiente interacción y creo yo que principalmente se debe a que los usuarios son atraídos por la idea de que por publicar un contenido que hable de un videojuego les van a dar un voto alto, y aunque es cierto muchos de ellos vienen sólo por la recompensa monetaria es decir vienen a publicar un contenido y recibir un voto, esto obviamente lo notan los curadores y al ver que no hay suficiente interacción, deciden dar eventualmente su apoyo. Debido a esto algunos usuarios empiezan a preguntar en discord por los curadores y sus votos como una especie de indignación o reclamo, y entiendo que es mucho el trabajo que se hace al momento de publicar aquí porque en lo personal a mí me toma de dos a tres días hacer un post. Pero amigo mío las reglas son las reglas y tenemos que respetar las y si tú quieres votos constantemente en tus publicaciones tienes que dar más interacción en la comunidad.
El problema parte 2
Claro Aunque el que no haya interacción tambien se debe a muchos otros factores, de entre los cuales están: no saber qué decir ya que es un post sobre un videojuego o un gameplay, no saber cómo dar un buen comentario (Que no sea un comentario vago como Excelente post) y al no encontrar las palabras sencillamente no interactúan y por último están los que no tienen tiempo de interactuar.
Personalmente yo he pasado por los tres, he llegado a la encrucijada de no saber qué decir porque no entiendo de qué están hablando porque es un juego que no es jugado nunca o que no conozco, también quiero aportar algo más que solamente un excelente post y también me he visto que debido a que hacer un post toma mucho tiempo de investigación, corrección y mas, me siento sumamente cansado y ya no estoy dispuesto a seguir viendo la pantalla así que no me da tiempo de comentar.
Pero a cada problema le encontrado una solución muy útil:
Si no sé de qué videojuego están hablando, sencillamente Googleo el nombre veo un par de gameplays o el tráiler y ya tengo una idea general del comentario que voy a dar.
Si quiero comentar algo más que solamente Excelente post trató de analizar y leer muy bien el post muchos no solamente hablan del juego sino de la experiencia que han obtenido al jugarlo así que en el comentario hablo sobre eso (y la verdad se obtienen buenas interacciones así)
- Y si no tengo tiempo para interactuar, sencillamente hago el tiempo. Por ejemplo apartó una hora cada día para dar un comentario a los nuevos post publicados en hivegc, para no abrumarte elijo tres o cinco publicaciones. De esta manera yo creo el tiempo para interactuar en la comunidad.
Así que no tenemos ninguna excusa para no dar comentarios.
Beneficios de la interacción
Yendo más allá del simple beneficio monetario, el interactuar con los demás usuarios te da más experiencia y conocimiento en muchos temas, por tomar un ejemplo, en el discord debido a que yo hablado con diferentes usuarios he aprendido muchas cosas que desconocía acerca de hive, también he aprendido a corregir cosas que estaba haciendo mal y por supuesto a darle más calidad a mi publicaciones. nada de esto lo hubiera logrado si fuera seguido pensando que la interacción no es necesaria o que no tengo tiempo para hacerla. Y ejemplos de los beneficios de la interacción hay muchísimos y cada uno de nosotros ha visto beneficios distintos.
En conclusión
Puedo entender y te lo hablo por experiencia propia lo difícil que puede la interacción en una comunidad y más en una donde no conozcas bien de lo que hablen, pero si tú te esfuerzas todos los días por crear contenido de calidad para recibir un buen voto, pues puedes poner el mismo esfuerzo en dar buenos comentarios y una excelente interacción No sólo en hive sino también en discord.
Recuerda que entre menos interacción exista en esta comunidad menos apoyo por parte de los curadores habrá para nosotros y así iremos arruinando nosotros mismos esta comunidad, Así que la próxima vez cuando veas que no están apoyando el contenido en hivegc no te pongas molesto ni te pongas a reclamar por discord a los administradores, exigiendo votos. Antes de enviar el reclamo, Detente y piensa en lo que realmente pasa y pregúntate a ti mismo ¿Estoy apoyando correctamente a la comunidad? ¿O solo la uso para ganar dinero sin importarme el concepto de red social?
