My submission is The Puppet Master. The theater itself is evil with a shadowy, ghost or demon-like puppet master that attacks the hero with his nefarious puppets.
Or it could be just an evil looking puppet theater box where puppets fly out and make attacks.
The red lines on the sides of both images are supposed to be curtains.
