Grandmothers are really cute, right?
Quite a while ago, I think about a year and a half in total, I was browsing the Play Store on my phone looking for horror games, and I found Granny, a very fun game and it fits perfectly with what I was looking for. I downloaded it and was surprised at how well made it was and the gameplay was very good. And best of all, yes, the game was scary and very scary. Finding acceptable horror games on the phone is almost mission impossible, so Granny won my approval in every way. Really, it's a game you should try.
Then, I was very quiet on YouTube and I found a video about Granny, I immediately went into the video, as it would remind me of very good times, but the moment I watched the video I felt a very strange weird weirdness about the game in general, it looked like a totally different game because of its graphics, and yes, it was the PC version. A complete surprise for me, I guess from the great success it was for computer, the developers wanted to go to the next level bringing it for PC, the truth is that it is a great game. You will feel the true fear when you play it.
We don't have any story or campaign mode, or well, the little I know about the main story of the game is that we are kidnapped in the house of Granny, an absolutely psychopathic grandmother who will try to kill us, it all reminds me too much of horror/suspense movies. The same goes for both the mobile and PC version. The developers focused on the pure gameplay of the game, and everything we have to do to escape from there, it really is a process, it looks easy, but it's not. Based on my experience, the game is a bit shorter for mobile, it's a logical thing, but you should know it.
As with many horror games, this one isn't very long, but it's not excessively short either. It also has a very good difficulty, it's normal, it would be very boring to play a horror game in "easy" mode 🤡. Really the house is giant, and everything is in darkness, we will be a kind of ring of light and we will light just by going where we want, yes, visibility is not very good, so we must also be very aware of the steps and noises, the game reminds me a lot of the famous "children's game" where we hide and we must be discovered. So I felt it, at all times we have to escape from this damn stupid old woman.
Hide under the bed, go from room to room, try to distract her, etc. These are the few things we have to do to avoid meeting her, the closest we can get is 2 meters away, otherwise we die. The game is very scary because fuck, damn it, YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE IS, that makes you desperate, we have to do everything quickly and avoid making as little noise as possible, she is not a fortune teller, she is guided by the sounds to be able to find you. We will have to do the same, listen for footsteps and escape from there as quickly as possible, we can not last long in the same room, we must move constantly because she can find us. In total we can resist 5 days, every time we die we will pass to the next day, if we reach the 5th day and die again, we must start from zero and lose all our progress.
We will be given missions, all of them will help you escape from the house. For example, one of the things we must do yes or yes, is to explore every room we find, (the house is very giant, has a basement, attic, tunnels, garage, two floors, more than 8 rooms, and a lot of things more) We will always find useful things, pieces that will serve us for the future, actually we will complete little by little a series of puzzles until we escape, the first thing I did was to get the pieces of the shotgun, with this I thought I could kill her and that was it, but no... It was a very innocent thought on my part XD.
The shotgun or the sharp are very useful, since you will have bullets all over the house, and you can stun Granny for 1 minute, she will fall to the floor and you will have time to do other things, that's the function.
Another important mission is to fix the car, which will be the only way to get out since there are no keys to the house. I'll be honest, fixing the car is COMPLICATED, I lost many times, it is very difficult to do everything and besides being aware of the damn grandmother, sometimes I locked myself in places with no exit and she came and easily killed me, yes, the game is terrifying, it is very disturbing to be in a house with a murderer and she always comes for you, if you do not have nerves of steel, do not even think of playing Granny.
And there are many more things to do, but I don't want to focus the whole post on that. The sound is perfect and very scary, Graphically? The game is very nice and simple, it doesn't have spectacular details, but I think they couldn't have done it better. The game will run for everyone on their computers, no matter if you have a toaster XD. The lighting is perfect to get you into the gloomy house of this granny, the atmosphere is brutal. There isn't a corner in this house that isn't scary.
The conclusion is that it is one of the best horror games I've played, yes, maybe they will call me crazy, but you must try it and then judge me. The best thing about the game is that it is for mobile and PC, no one is excluded here! Each version is very good, and the most important thing is that they are scary, I'm not lying. The suspense it causes you is shocking and chilling, it's the typical American horror story in a game, but it's perfect! I really don't know how many hours of gameplay I did, I think if you're really bad (like me) XD, maybe it can take you around 6 hours to complete the game if you're already experienced in terror games about 2 hours or even 1.

Las abuelas son muy tiernas, ¿Verdad?
Hace bastante tiempo, creo que alrededor de año y medio en total, estaba navegando en la Play Store de mi teléfono en busca de juegos de terror, y encontré Granny, un juego muy divertido y se ajustaba perfectamente con lo que estaba buscando. Lo descargué y me sorprendió lo bien hecho que estaba y la jugabilidad era muy buena. Y lo mejor de todo es que sí, el juego daba miedo, y mucho. Encontrar juegos de terror aceptables en el teléfono es casi una misión imposible, por eso Granny se ganó mi aprobación en todos los sentidos. De verdad, es un juego que deben de probar.
Luego, estaba muy tranquilamente en YouTube y encontré un video sobre Granny, de inmediato entré al video, ya que me recordaría muy buenos tiempos, pero al momento de ver el video sentía una rareza muy extraña en el juego en general, parecía un juego totalmente diferente por sus gráficos, y sí, era la versión para PC. Una completa sorpresa para mí, supongo que del gran éxito que fue para computadora, los desarrolladores quisieron ir al siguiente nivel trayéndolo para PC, la verdad es que es un juego grandioso. Sentirás el verdadero miedo al jugarlo.
No contamos con ninguna historia ni modo campaña, o bueno, lo poco que sé de la historia principal del juego es que estamos secuestrados en la casa de Granny, una abuela absolutamente psicópata que nos intentará matar, todo me recuerda demasiado a las películas de terror/suspenso. Lo mismo ocurre tanto en la versión móvil y PC. Los desarrolladores se centraron en la pura jugabilidad del juego, y en todo lo que debemos hacer para escapar de allí, realmente es un proceso, parece fácil, pero no lo es. Con base en mi experiencia, el juego es un poco más corto para móvil, es algo lógico, pero deben saberlo.
Al igual que en muchos juegos de terror, este no es muy largo, pero tampoco es excesivamente corto. También cuenta con una dificultad muy buena, es lo normal, sería muy aburrido jugar un juego de terror en modo "fácil"🤡. Realmente la casa es gigante, y todo está a oscuras, nosotros seremos una especie de aro de luz y alumbraremos con solo ir a dónde queramos, eso sí, la visibilidad no es muy buena, así que también debemos estar muy al pendiente de los pasos y ruidos, el juego me recuerda mucho al famoso "juego infantil" en dónde nos escondemos y debemos ser descubiertos. Así lo sentí yo, en todo momento tenemos que escapar de esta maldita vieja estúpida.
Escondernos bajo la cama, ir de habitación en habitación, intentar distraerla, etc. Estas son las pocas cosas que debemos hacer para evitar encontrarnos con ella, lo más cerca que podemos estar es a 2 metros, si no moriremos. El juego da mucho miedo porque joder, maldita sea, NO SABES DÓNDE ESTÁ, eso te desespera, tenemos que hacer todo rápidamente y evitar hacer el menor ruido posible, ella no es adivina, ella se guía por los sonidos para poder encontrarte. Lo mismo tendremos que hacer nosotros, escuchar pasos y escapar de allí lo más rápido posible, tampoco podemos durar mucho tiempo en una misma habitación, debemos ir moviéndonos constantemente, ya que nos puede encontrar. En total podemos resistir 5 días, cada vez que muramos pasaremos al día siguiente, si llegamos al 5.º y morimos nuevamente, debemos empezar desde cero y perder todo nuestro progreso.
Nos encargarán misiones, todas ellas los ayudarán a escapar de la casa. Por ejemplo, una de las cosas que debemos hacer sí o sí, es explorar cada habitación que encontremos, (la casa es muy gigante, tiene sótano, ático, túneles, garaje, dos pisos, más de 8 habitaciones, y un montón de cosas más) Siempre encontraremos cosas útiles, piezas que nos servirán para un futuro, realmente iremos completando poco a poco una serie de puzzles hasta conseguir escapar, lo primero que yo hice fue conseguir las piezas de la escopeta, con ello pensé que podría matarla y listo, pero no... Fue un pensamiento muy inocente de mi parte XD.
La escopeta o el arpón sirven mucho, ya que tendrás balas por toda la casa, y podrás stunear a Granny por 1 minuto, ella caerá al piso y tú tendrás tiempo de realizar otras cosas, esa es la función.
Otra misión importante es arreglar el carro, esa será la única forma de salir, ya que no existen llaves de la casa. Les voy a ser sinceros, arreglar el carro es COMPLICADO, yo muchas veces perdí, es que es muy difícil hacer todo y aparte estar pendiente de la maldita abuela, en algunas ocasiones yo mismo me encerraba en lugares sin salida y ella venía y fácilmente me mataba, eso sí, el juego da terror, es muy inquietante estar en una casa con una asesina y que venga a por ti siempre, si no tienes nervios de acero, ni se te ocurra jugar Granny.
Y existen muchas más cosas por hacer, pero no quiero enfocar todo el post en eso. ¿Gráficamente? El jugo es muy bonito y sencillo, no tiene detalles espectaculares, pero creo que mejor no pudieron haberlo hecho. El juego les va a correr a todos en sus computadores, sin importar si tienes una tostadora XD. La iluminación es perfecta para adentrarte en la tétrica casa de esta abuelita, la ambientación es brutal. No existe un rincón en esta casa que no dé miedo.
La conclusión es que es uno de los mejores juegos de terror que he jugado, sí, tal vez me digan loco, pero deben probarlo y luego me juzgan. Lo mejor del juego es que es para móvil y PC, aquí nadie queda excluido! Cada versión es muy buena, y lo más importante es que dan miedo, no miento. El suspenso que te causa es impactante y escalofriante, es la típica historia de terror norteamericana en un juego, pero es perfecto! Realmente no sé cuantas horas de juego hice, creo que sí eres muy malo (cómo yo) XD, tal vez pueda tomarte alrededor de unas 6 horas completar el juego, si ya eres experimentado en jugos de terror unas 2 horas o incluso 1.

Este juego lo conozco porque algunos youtubers lo jugaban, y la versión de PC se ve mejor la verdad, tengo entendido que originalmente era de celulares no? xD. Buen post pana.

Chamo yo veía como los chamitos del ajedrez jugaban esta vaina cada vez que iban a los torneos, por dios, no pensé que eras ese tipo de chamitos loco.
Es un juego bastante dañado luego de que lo juegas durante horas, una vez jugué y la vieja se quedó bug en un pilar y pudimos movernos libremente por toda la casa sin problema alguno. Luego también le pierdes el miedo al juego una vez notas todo el patrón de movimientos de la vieja.
Pero un poco nostálgico esto, me hace recordar a cuando estaba sentado en las escaleras del Venetur comiendo mi almuerzo junto a unos panas mientras esperábamos que nos llamaran para la siguiente ronda del torneo. Que recuerdos.
JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA, COÑO, mrk la vez que lo jugué en teléfono no pasó nada de eso, eso sí, la dificultad es medio medio, pero aquí estoy hablando más de la versión para PC, esa es otra voz, un juego mucho mejor trabajado y la IA es 10 veces mejor, no tiene patrones, se guía por la cantidad de ruido que hagas, o tus pasos, sapegato XD
Sape cat, prefiero jugar Axie Infinity, esto no da billete, además de que te va a quitar el sueño por las noches.
