What is going on, guys? I thought I’d bring you a bit of a different type of write up today, one going over my adventures in Red dead online! So here we go!

The last time I played this game had to be when the calls to arms mode were released for this. So it’s a bit odd seeing the game now, especially since I am playing it on PC. One thing I quickly learned was that using a Mouse and keyboard for this game is a huge no no especially if you planned on hunting. So I had to break out my PS4 controller.

Now, I had no intention of doing a write up for this game until last night, which is why there isn’t really any early photos. The first few missions of RDO I was able to do pretty easily. But I got stuck on two other sheriff missions that you need to complete to advance in the main story of online because of a lack of players. So I decided to abandon that for the time being.

I did have a plan on making a video going over RDO and why it failed, so I was trying to fast track things a bit and decided to buy some gold to unlock the Trader and Bounty Hunter roles. Then I kind of seen my YouTube channel taking off in a new direction, and it is a direction that I want it to keep going in so I decided to abandon the idea of a video.

With that being said, I started playing this game just for my enjoyment. I spent a couple of days leveling up the trader and bounty hunter roles, and god damn! Levelling these up where a lot harder than I remembered! I don’t know if there has been a change in how you level up those roles or not, but I know after a weekend of playing when these roles first came out I had both of them levelled. It’s going on 6 days and I’m only about halfway through the levels for both roles.

One of the things I enjoy real life is hunting, and I actually really like it in RDO so it was kind of a no brainer to snag the Trader role first.

Bounty hunting can get repetitive, but if you get lucky, you can get treasure maps off of the dead npcs you kill that can lead you to some decent cash and sometimes gold.

Another thing that kind of took me buy surprise is how the season pass for the game is now. Back when I was playing it, the pass cost around 20 gold, but you made that gold back once completing the pass. Looking over the recent Halloween one that is out, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

But let me talk about something else, and that is some interactions I’ve had playing the game. The PC community seems a lot friendlier than the PS community. More than once I had random people run up to me, and with their best “cowboy” accents, attempt to role play. It was a pretty funny sight.

But I also had to kill a few people attempting to loot the corpses of my victims. This is a big thing I hate, especially since the corpses might have treasures maps. Now, I don’t mind if someone helped me kill them. But when you have someone hurrying up, looting every single dude you killed, it gets annoying.

But that’s all for now! I apologize for the shortness of this! I’m just getting over being sick so I’m not really in the mood to write anything too long, but just wanted to give you guys an update about what I’ve been doing! I shall be back here soon with the next entry to The Division 2 My story! I hope you guys have an awesome day! Peace out!

Ahora, no me importa si alguien me ayudó a matarlos.

Sort:

¡Lamentablemente no!

Such fantastic pictures. I'll definitely need to try out this version to experience the open world with horses.

RDO is pretty decent!

I was tempted to start the online version of the game after I finished the story but somehow didn't catch my interest at all. Being a rockstar game I had mode expectations from the online mode and I was hoping it's a lot more fun than GTA V online but didn't seem like that :(

They kind of abandoned the online portion of the game for GTA online. It sucks because the big thing it is lacking is things to buy, which kind of makes grinding and doing stuff to earn cash pointless at a certain point.

Cool screenshots.

Is that a rail line there?

 last year

Sure is! Unfortunately in the online portion there is no people on the train rather the train is just hauling "cargo" cars

O my!!! RD online has some fantastic scenes. I've recently started RDR2 and all I can see around is snow. I hope the winter season ends soon.

Ah, you're in the mountians right now! You'll stick around there for about 80 minutes or so then you will leave that region and head to the heartlands!
