Hello everyone, how are you doing? I have not been active in splinterlands for days due to the training I attended from Tuesday to Thursday.
With all my efforts to share weekly challenge using Magi Necrosi last two days; I couldn’t get a battle to use Magi Necros for two days. I played more than 20 battles using Magi Necros but the rules given to me were suitable for the monster.
Yesterday, when I was about to close for the day, I came across a rule that allowed me to use death summoners: that was when I had the opportunity to use Magi Necrosi.

✅✅MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH MAGI NECROSI✅✅
Last year when I came across Magi Necrosi in battles: Magi Necrosi was sniping at my monsters in the middle. I was very surprised for the first time to see a magic monster attacking in the middle.
In the next day, another player used Magi Necrosi in battle against me, this monster kept on attacking from the middle.
Whenever I was paired up with players then, when the players used Magi Necrosi, I lost the battles. Therefore, I lost 99% of the battles when my opponents used Magi Necrosi.
Since i don’t like to lose battles, I went to the market to get the monsters,👉👉👉 CHECK THE SPLINTERLANDS MONSTERS MARKET HERE this is where you can get any kind of splinterlands cards (monsters and summmoners). I checked the market, but the Dark Crystal Energy (DCE) was not enough to get it then. I waited for like two days before i got the monster in the market; it was because my money was not enough to get it.
After two days, I realized that i Had more than enough in my hive wallet. I used my hive to get Magi Necrosi in the market; I was very eagle to use the monster at that time just to see how effective this monster was in battles.
Well! I never realized why monsters don’t attack Magi Necrosi until it led the lineup; camouflage ability was very new to me then. I went to check some of the abilities of Magi Necrosi and discovered the Camouflage ability. This camouflage ability made me like monsters so much.
Today, Magi necrosi is an important monster to me: this was because I discovered its usefulness and more than two abilities.

✅✅MAGI NECROSI ABILITIES AND ITS USEFULNESS✅✅
Magi Necrosi has four abilities, they are snipe, camouflage, oppress and stun.
SNIPE: we all use monsters with snipe ability in the battles and we all see how these monsters are very good in some battles’ rules. I have seen ranged and monsters with snipe ability: magic monsters with snipe ability are very rare in splinterlands.
Combination of snipe and magic make this monster very unique in battles: the magic allow this monster to attack health of a monster directly unless when weak magic rule is applied in battles, that was when magic monsters will attack the armor before the health.
How does snipe ability help in battles: there are several times I had used this Magi Necrosi to disorganize the plan of my opponents in battles. I knew in some battles with lower mana, opponents arrange powerful monsters in the middle to give the first monster power, and some of these monsters might not attack while some attack. Magi Necrosi is one of those monsters that could attack and destroy such monsters.
🦎CAMOUFLAGE🦎: Monsters with camouflage cannot be attacked in the battles except when such monsters lead the battles; only when Magi Necrosi leads the battle can only be attacked due to camouflage ability.
OPPRESS: This ability can only be activated in level four. Monster with oppress ability does double damage when attacking an enemy that has no attack.
STUN: When a monster with a stun hits a target, the stunned monster will skip the next round.

✅✅RULESET✅✅

Briar Patch: All monsters have the thorns’ ability.

Heavy Hitters: All monsters have the knock out ability.

Target Practice: All ranged and magic attack monsters have the snipe ability.

✅✅MONSTERS ARRANGEMENTS✅✅

DJINN CHWALA: ⭐⭐The health of Djinn Chwala was good to start battle. It was one of the available monsters with high number of health; the armor also was incredible in this battle. If not because of the armor of Chwala, when opponent Djinn Chwala attacked, it would have damaged 3 health but the armor of this monster was damaged.
Chwala was the only perfect monster available in this battle; if used the other monster that was available in the first position, it would have been eliminated by the opponent Chwala.
I wouldn’t have used melee monsters in this battle, but it was very important to use a melee monster as the first monster because it was stated in the rule that all monsters in this battle have the thorns’ ability. When using melee monsters with such rule, such melee monsters would be damaged by thorns’ ability.
That was exactly what happened to Twilight Baslisk in this battle; Each time Twilight Baslisk attacked, 2 health or armor were damaged. This is the reason I used only Djinn Chwala, a melee monster.

CORPSE FIEND: ⭐⭐After I used all 28-mana cost in the battle; I was still left with a position. Since Corpse Fiend is a zero-mana cost, it was more important for me to select Corpse Fiend than to leave the position empty.
The rule of the battle stated that magic and ranged attack monsters have the snipe ability. Therefore, Corpse Fiend was placed in second position to delay my attack.
Corpse Fiend was not attacked in the second position just the way I planned the monster; it was eliminated when it attacked opponent Chwala.

SHADOWY PRESENCE: ⭐⭐I was very sure that Corpse Fiend or Shadowy Presence would be first attack due to target practice rule. That was the reason i placed a shadowy presence in third position.
Looking at the mana cost and health of shadowy presence; I knew that health would be very important in this battle.
Due to the health of shadowy presence, the monster was able to delay opponent monsters to end of round one.

RIFTWING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐The health, the flying and the Scavenger ability were very important. Since i knew that the battle would be so intense in the middle, I placed those monsters there to delay till damage is done to opponent monsters. Riftwing was able to delay all opponent monsters to end of the battle.

MAGI NECROSI: ⭐The first reason for the selection of this monster was the camouflage; I knew that opponent monsters would not be able to attack this monster until the monsters lead the battle. I understand that if there was no camouflage ability, it may be the first monster that would be attacked first in this battle.
The three magic attacks were additional to my side which made it very fast to eliminate opponent monsters.

DOCTOR BIGHT: ⭐⭐The poison and death ability were very important incase if there was healing ability monster in the lineup.

✅✅OPPONENT MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT✅✅
DJINN CHWALA⭐⭐
TWILIGHT BASLISK⭐⭐⭐
DWARVEN WIZARD ⭐⭐⭐
HIGHLAND ARCHER ⭐⭐⭐⭐
CENTAUR ⭐⭐⭐⭐
NAGA ASSASSIN ⭐⭐⭐⭐

In conclusion, MAGI NECROSI is a monster to have. I use it in third, fourth, fifth and sixth positions. I knew it won’t be attacked except if it leads the battle. I used this monster almost every time used death summoners. Magi Necrosi is an important monster to me.

I like these types of posts because they help me get a little more up to date with the game. I recently started playing again after quitting a few years ago and I was a little lost 😅, these posts help me to know a little more about the monsters and possible strategies 😄.
thank you
