The Medium to kolejne dzieło polskiego developera jakim jest Bloober Team, tym razem zamiast symulatora otwierania drzwi, dostajemy zagadkę na miarę Lary Croft.
W grze poznajemy młoda dziewczynę Marianne, która dręczą dziwne sny o tajemniczej dziewczynce, sny są bardzo realistyczne i ciagle powtarzające sie .
Smierć Jacka, który był dla niej niczym ojciec, mocno zmienia postrzeganie świata.
Jednak Marianna ma pewien dar, który jest tez jej przekleństwem.
W grze będziemy mieć różne zagadki jednak największa dotyczy sanatorium Niwa, gdzie zaprowadzi nas tam tajemniczy telefon od Thomasa, będąc w holu sanatorium pozna mała „duszyczke” nazwana Smutka, chcąc jej pomoc dowiemy się ze sanatorium, nie było do końca takie, jakby się wydawało, a wiele śladów było specjalnie tuszowanych.
Marianna ma dar nie tylko rozmowy z duchami i widzenia ich, ale i odesłania ich do lepszego świata, jak i odcięcie sie od ludzkiej powłoki, dzięki czemu jako Medium zmienia nam sie kolor włosów jak i kurtka, pozostaje za to ten sam dobry humor.
Gra jest bardzo Polska, nie tylko umiejscowiona jest w Krakowie, ale ilość znalezionych rzeczy wiąże sie z historia Polski z czasów PRL.
The medium jest gra przygodowa z elementami mniejszych zagadek, jak i skradania oraz z mała doza strachu i zagrożenia.
Marianna nie tylko będzie ratować różne dusze, ale musi tez uciekać przed pożeraczem dusz, który tutaj jest ciekawie stworzony a głos podkłada Troy Baker.
Sama gra jest ładnie zrobiona graficznie, wiele elementów powoduje ze bardziej wciągamy sie w ta szalona historie.
Wielu porównywali ta grę do Silent Hill po części to prawda w obydwu grach zło przyciąga bohaterki by rozwiązały pewna zagadkę.
Tutaj sanatorium Niwa skrywa straszne i makabryczne tajemnice.Lokacje sa ciekawie zaprojektowane, gra toczy sie. okolicy 1999 roku i czuć tutaj powiew nostalgii.
Twórcy postarali sie by wszystko wyglądało żywo i niezwykle ciekawie. W grze prócz stwora będzie nam od czasu do czas towarzyszyła chmara latających ciem, które dla bohaterki sa śmiertelnym zagrożeniem, jednak w tym wypadku potrafi pomoc sobie za pomocą specjalnej kuli energii, które w grze sie dosyć często pojawiają.
Sam stwór w tej grze jest tylko dodatkiem, bardziej jako gracze skupiamy sie na niezwykłej historii, ktora od samego początku wciąga gracza mroczna, ale i niezwykle ciekawa historia.

Gra mimo, ze nie jest jakoś odkrywcza, daje namiastkę świeżości, kiedy widząc duchy możemy z nimi rozmawiać a przy tym nie odczuwać strachu( do pewnego momentu), sama fabuła jest tak zrobiona żeby gracz mocniej poznał historie Marianny, ilość różnych artykułów, recept, akt przybliżają nam wizje twórców.
Gra jest przeciwnie długa, gra się w nią szybko zajmie nam przejście około 9-11 godzin przy czym misja w tajemniczym pokoju Thomasa jest chyba najgorsza zagadka w jaka grałem, ale ostatecznie udało się przejść.
Sam finał jest satysfakcjonujący, a wszystkie karty odkryte. Oczywiście nie będę spoilerowal bo warto zagrać.
Grałem w wersje Xbox w chmurze na przeglądarce ( stad w tych kilku screenshootach jest dziwny pasek biały na gorze) Polecam zagrać, bo miło spędzić można czas i odrobinkę poznać Polski za pomocą pewnych rzeczy umieszczonych w grze ( nawet słynny samochód „maluch” się znajduje)
Podsumowując to dobra gra i studio mogło by iść dalej w tworzenie takich ciekawych przygodowek z domieszka horroru, gdzie tajemnica tkwi aż do końca.
Mi się podobała 9/10 Polecam serdecznie, jeśli nie znaliście wcześniej tego tytułu to jest to idealny moment by zagrać nawet w przeglądarce.

However, Marianna has a gift which is also her curse. In the game we will have various puzzles, but the biggest one concerns the Niwa sanatorium, where a mysterious phone call from Thomas will lead us there, while in the hall of the sanatorium he will meet a little "soul" called Smutka, wanting her help, we will find out from the sanatorium, it was not exactly as it seemed , and many traces were specially covered up.
Marianna has the gift of not only talking to ghosts and seeing them, but also sending them to a better world, as well as cutting themselves off from the human shell, thanks to which, as a Medium, we change the color of our hair and jacket, but the same good mood remains.
The game is very Polish, not only is it located in Krakow, but the number of items found is related to the history of Poland from the times of the People's Republic of Poland. The medium is an adventure game with elements of smaller puzzles, as well as stealth, and with a small dose of fear and danger.
Marianna will not only save various souls, but also have to run away from the soul eater, who is created here in an interesting way and voiced by Troy Baker. The game itself is nicely done graphically, many elements make us get more involved in this crazy story.

The creature itself in this game is only an addition, as players we focus more on an extraordinary story that draws the player from the very beginning, a dark but also very interesting story.
As Poland plays the face, the famous Polish actors Dorocinski and Rossati lent. After all, there was no dubbing here.
The game, although it is not innovative, gives a substitute for freshness, when seeing ghosts we can talk to them and at the same time not feel fear (up to a point), the plot itself is made so that the player learns more about Marianna's stories, the number of different articles, recipes, the act introduces us to the visions of the creators.
The game is quite long, playing it will take us about 9-11 hours quickly, the mission in Thomas' mysterious room is probably the worst puzzle I have ever played, but eventually we managed to get through.
The final itself is satisfying and all cards are face up. Of course, I will not spoil it because it is worth playing.
I played the Xbox versions in the cloud on the browser (hence in these few screenshoots there is a strange white stripe on the top) I recommend you to play, because you can have a nice time and get to know Poland a bit through some things in the game (even the famous "toddler" car is available)
To sum up, this is a good game and the studio could go on to create such interesting adventures with a hint of horror, where the secret is until the end.
