In school, there is something called detention, if you break one of the rules of the institution the teacher or the principal sends you to sit down without the possibility of leaving until everyone in the school has left.
When I was a student, it used to happen a lot, especially in elementary school, my friends and I called it to jail, but for kids, according to those who had told us about that experience, it was horrible. What does this have to do with today's post, I think nothing, just that if I think about it: the typical punishment that a mother tells her son that he cannot leave his room for a certain amount of time because he is punished, makes me think that for them it is a jail.
For an adult any misdemeanor in reason to go to jail for a necessary amount of time, I have always wondered what it will feel like to be in jail, to live in jail, to escape from jail. I wonder more I don't want to find out hahahahahahaha🤣🤣🤣. However, there is a game that I played on my PC years ago and I loved it, I got really addicted to playing it.
Today I want to talk about The Escapist is a strategy game with a basic RPG, the goal of the game is to escape from a prison in the shortest time possible, to get points and beat records, it is a very simple game, but it is indeed entertaining. Its graphics are in 2D like a classic RPG, this is a great feature that makes the game attractive even though the menu interface is somewhat boring and I can even say that it is even intimidating, all to give an atmosphere that we are in a prison locked up.
As I said before the main objective of the game is to escape from jail in the shortest time possible, not that there is a time limit, if not that if we take days to escape, we will be given fewer points when we complete the level, it all depends on the difficulty and speaking of it is gradual, that is, as we move forward in jail in jail will become more complicated, to the point that you want to leave the game as in the case of your served and many people.
In the game to escape, we have to create a strategy, depending on the level we can escape by cutting the bars, digging a tunnel under the wall, by a raft in the middle of a river, or even impersonating a policeman and infiltrate a military plane to escape. The graphics are attractive and the gameplay is a bit awkward at first. I remember the first time I played it, to do a certain action I had to press the "1" key and for the second act, it was the "2" key, to move it was the same "w", "a", "s" and "d", believe me, I was always fired from work for not knowing where the action buttons were, luckily we can configure the keys to our liking in the world of options.
Always when we start a new level we will have a certain job, we have the option to do it or give it up and look for another, although I would not recommend looking for a new job because most of the time, they are busy, thanks to the work we can earn money, money in this game is essential, it will help us to trade with other prisoners in prison, most of the time they will offer us nonsense but sometimes they offer us materials or tools that will serve us in our escape.
We can earn money thanks to our work, we can also earn money doing favors to our comrades, favors can vary, from looking for a teddy bear all over the prison, breaking a prisoner's face and recovering such and such a thing that he stole, or beating such and such a guard for a minimal reward, some favors are profitable, but others are stupidly incomprehensible.
Another interesting thing we can do in the game is to put names on the characters, we can put the names we want both prisoners and guards, that has always seemed fun to me is one of the things I like about the game hahaha.
In my games most of the time I reached the third prison, I do not remember what its name was, but the fact is that I always got stuck in it, it is very difficult to escape from there, to this day I have not been able to complete that prison, what I know is that you have to sneak through the vents to get out of the building and immediately go to a corner to dig.
The fatigue is always a problem, especially when it's time to escape, to cure the fatigue just eat in the cafeteria or take a shower for a while.

En los tiempos que yo estudiaba pasaba bastante, sobre todo en primaria, mis amigos y yo denominábamos eso como la cárcel, pero para niños, según los que nos habían contado sobre esa experiencia era horrible. Qué tiene que ver esto con el post de hoy, pues nada creo, tan sólo que si me pongo a pensar: el típico castigo que una madre le dice a su hijo que no puede salir de su habitación por cierta cantidad de tiempo porque está castigado, me hace pensar que para ellos es una cárcel.
Para un adulto cualquier delito menor en razón para ir a la cárcel por una cantidad de tiempo necesaria, siempre me he preguntado que se sentirá estar en la cárcel, vivir en la cárcel, escapar de la cárcel. Me lo pregunto más no quiero averiguarlo jajajajjaja🤣🤣🤣. Sin embargo, existe eun juego que jugué en mi Pc hace años y me encantó, me envicié mucho jugándolo.
Hoy quiero hablar de The Escapist se trata de un juego de estrategia con un RPG básico, el objetivo del juego es escapar de una cárcel en el menor tiempo posible, para conseguir puntos y batir récords, es un juego muy simple, pero es efectivamente entretenido. Sus grafico son en 2D como un RPG clásico, esta es una gran característica que hace atractivo al juego a pesar de que la interfaz del menú es algo aburrida e incluso se puedo decir que es hasta intimidante, todo sea por dar una atmosfera de que estamos en una cárcel encerrado.
Como dije antes el objetivo principal del juego es escapar de la cárcel en el menor tiempo posible, no es que hay un limite de tiempo, si no que si nos tardamos días de más en escapar pues nos darán menos puntos cuando completemos el nivel, todo depende de la dificultad y hablando de la misma es gradual, es decir, que a medida que vayamos avanzando en cárcel en cárcel se volverán más complicada, al punto que quieras dejar el juego como en el caso de tu servido y mucha gente.
En el juego para escapar tenemos que crear una estrategia, dependiendo del nivel podemos escapar cortando las rejas, excavando un túnel por debajo del muro, por una balsa en medio de un río o incluso haciéndote pasar por un policía e infiltrarte en un avión militar para huir. Para conseguir todos estos niveles debemos mejorar nuestro personaje, hay tres destrezas que si o si debemos mejorar para poder escapar que son: la velocidad, la fuerza y la inteligencia.
La velocidad es vital para poder huir de los policías si cometes algún delito (cosa que puede llegar a ser necesaria), esta se sube en el gimnasio, se puede encontrar como una caminadora o como una al mudilla de boxeo.
La fuerza que en mi opinión es la más impórtate, te ayudará a ganar peleas con otros presos o con los guardias que están ahí, la forma de subir la fuerza es gracias a unas pesas que se encuentran en el gimnasio, las algunas ocasiones cambiará a una alfombra de yoga donde el personaje hará flexiones.
La inteligencia no es tan importante al principio, pero es bueno subirla, este atributo nos permitirá crear cosas como palas, tijeras y demás cosas, para subirla hay que irnos a la biblioteca e interactuar con una librería para que el muñeco suba su nivel intelectual.
Los gráficos son atractivos y la jugabilidad es un tanto incomoda al principio. Recuerdo la primera vez que lo jugué, para hacer una determinada haciendo tenía que presionar la tecla “1” y para la segunda acción era la tecla “2”, para moverme era igual “w”, “a”,”s” y ”d”, créame que me despedían siempre del trabajo por no saber en donde estaban los botones de acciones, menos mal que podemos configurar las teclas a nuestro gusto en el mundo de opciones.
Siempre cuando iniciemos un nuevo nivel vamos a tener un trabajo determinado, tenemos la opción de hacerlo o bien renunciar a ese y buscar otro, aunque no recomendaría buscar nuevo trabajo porque la mayoría de veces están ocupados, gracias al trabajo podemos ganar dinero, el dinero en este videojuego es fundamental, nos servirá para comerciar con los otros prisioneros de la cárcel, la mayoría de veces nos ofrecerán tontería pero en ocasiones nos ofrecen materiales u herramientas que nos servirán en nuestro escape.
Podemos ganar dinero gracias al trabajo, también podemos ganar dinero haciéndole favores a los compañeros, los favores pueden variar, desde buscar un osito de peluche por toda la cárcel, partirle la cara a un prisionero y recuperar tal cosa que el mismo robó, o bien pegarle a tal guardia por una recompensa mínima, algunos favores son rentables, pero otros son estúpidamente incomprensibles.
Otra cosa interesante que podemos hacer en el juego es poner los nombres a los personajes, podemos poner los nombres que nosotros queramos tanto de los prisioneros como a los guardias, eso siempre me ha parecido divertido, de hecho, es una de las cosas que más me gustan el juego jajaja.
En mis partidas la mayoría de las veces llegaba a la tercera cárcel, no me acuerdo cual era su nombre, pero el caso es que siempre me quedaba trabado en ella, es muy difícil escapar de ahí, hasta el día de hoy no he podido completar esa cárcel, lo que sé es que hay que escabullirse por los conductos de ventilación para salir del edificio e inmediatamente irnos a una esquina para poder excavar.
Un detalle muy importe que se me olvido mencionar, en la parte superior aparece el indicador de vida, el indicador de dinero y el indicador de fatiga, esa fatiga es un problema siempre, sobre todo cuando ya es hora de escapar, para curar la fatiga basta con comer en la cafetería o ducharse por un buen rato.
En fin mi forma de escarpar de la cárcel más común es entrenar a tope la fuerza y la inteligencia, buscar una guía en internet sobre todos los crafteos del juego, comerciar con los demás compañeros de la cárcel para conseguir dos limas y cinta americana para crear unas tijeras, conseguir pasta de dientes, un mechero y un peine para hacer masa, encontrar la llave de la puerta principal pegándole a un guardia, usar la masa con la llave para hacer una copia de la llave, robarle el traje de guardia para poder salir sin sospechas, salir del edificio dirigirme a una esquina a cortar la reja y listo escapé jaja.
