Dicen que el 4to día da buena suerte, ok no, nadie dice eso, pero hoy tengo la buena suerte de hablarles de mi top 3 de juegos retro que yo personalmente considero los mejores que existieron en su momento.
Esta selección la hice en base a que tanto me marcaron estos juegos cuando los vi y/o jugué y la rareza de conseguirlos actualmente, los 3 juegos que seleccioné son de genero de aventuras y de plataformas, con su modo historia, sin modo cooperativo. Uno lo catalogan como un error, otro lo dejaron en el olvido y el que sigue le hicieron un remake recientemente. Creo que está demás decir que los 3 juegos que mencionaré son totalmente, pero totalmente recomendables en todas sus formas.
Otra cosa a destacar es que ninguno de estos juegos los completé en su inmensa mayoría ya sea por su dificultad o por lo largo que eran sus historias. Sin embargo, eso me motiva a intentar jugarlos en un futuro próximo. Estos juegos de verdad que valen la pena, pero ya basta de tanta intro, como dirían en los mundiales:

Año 2002, juego exclusivo de la videoconsola Gamecube, tercer juego con mejores gráficos de la misma, último juego que la empresa Rareware desarrolló para Nintendo, juego más largo de la saga Star Fox. Star Fox Adventures una obra de arte en el género de la aventura, este juego originalmente iba a ser independiente, se iba a llamar Dinosaur Planet pero el dueño de juegos de Nintendo Shigeru Miyamoto, pues tomó más de la cuenta la noche anterior al parecer y les dijo a sus desarrolladores que pusieran a Fox McCloud como protagonista, los desarrolladores al principio dudaron, pero siguieron con el proyecto.
Ya fuera de bromas🤣. El juego lo considero una obra de arte tanto por su historia, jugabilidad, mecánica, gráficos y ambientación. Star Fox Adventures sólo lo jugué una sola vez en casa de un amigo y no recuerdo hasta que parte del juego llegué, la historia es muy larga, no hablaré de ella para no decir spoilers, mucha gente lo compara con la saga de Zelda y es verdad, pero en mi opinión prefiero un zorro que a un elfo de protagonista.
Lo más innovador de Star Fox Adventures fue como la combinación de Star Wars con Zelda y Dinosaurios, teníamos misiones en su mayoría a pie, también misiones en el espacio exterior, teníamos batallas cuerpo a cuerpo, misiones secundarias, carreras de motos, personajes entrañables, el ambiente y sus paisajes más el modelado de los Dinosaurios y otros animales, entre muchas cosas más. Para un juego que salió a principio de la década del 2000, por eso y mucho más pongo a Star Fox Adventures como mi top 3💙.

Seguimos en el año 2002, Microsoft debutaba en el mundo de las videoconsolas con un juego que rompería esquemas en ese momento, juego exclusivo para la videoconsola Xbox, con una jugabilidad y un desenvolvimiento original que hasta el día de hoy no he vuelto a ver en un juego un estandarte en la infancia de muchos niños Gamers. Se trata del mejor juego de plataformas de mi consola favorita de la sexta generación Blinx: The Time Sweeper un mito en el género, con mecánicas inigualables y una dificultad traicionera.
Blinx: The Time Sweeper lo jugué en mi Xbox cuando era un niño y por Dios como lo disfruté, no hay manera de explicar cuántas horas le dediqué. Es un juego que a simple vista parece para niños, pero no más lejos de la realidad, su dificultad cambia con el pasar del juego, hasta tengo una teoría y es que los creadores de Dark Souls se basaron en la dificultad de este para programar su futura franquicia.
Bromas aparte 😂 Blinx: The Time Sweeper es un maestro en el género antiguo de plataformas en 3 dimensiones, nuestro protagonista es un gato rojo con ambiciones de ser un héroe. Su jugabilidad era muy cómoda, sus mecánicas originales, podíamos controlar el tiempo si conseguíamos ciertas gemas, monstruos divertidos, historia demasiado cliché, la duración si bien es algo corta, lo compensa con la extrema dificultad que posee, los gráficos también son muy buenos, los mundos bien ambientados con sus controles de clima para darles su propia aura en la época la cual se les representa, pero lo mejor que más me llena de recuerdos son sus Soundtracks. Un juego que recomiendo al 120% y por eso lo pongo en mi top 2 del día de hoy❤️.

Para culminar este podio de los mejores juegos retro que yo considero, nos vamos 5 años atrás en 1997, un juego exclusivo de la videoconsola PlayStation, que ganó numerosos premios, que usó 3 CDs para abordar todo su contenido, el juego más destacado de su franquicia, con uno de los mejores antagonistas de la historia del videojuego e incluso con una de las escenas más tristes que hicieron llorar hasta el Gamer más fuerte. Juego que destruyó a la Nintendo 64 en ventas y es considerado el mejor RPG de toda la historia, no soló por mí, hay expertos que reafirman esta información. Señoras y Señores con ustedes:

El mejor juego retro para mí de la historia es Final Fantasy VII para empezar la historia es tan buena que te puede enganchar enseguida, tú puedes sentir todas las emociones, desde risas hasta llorar, la banda sonora es épica en todos sus géneros, la dificultad es adecuada, los personajes tienen muy buen desarrollo, la jugabilidad en el combate es fácil de entender lo cual lo hace divertido y entretenido como todos los RPG de esa época, un chico rubio como protagonista, con misiones secundarías y numerosos eventos que podemos hacer, un juego que fácilmente dura 60 horas (o algo así), los lugares bien hechos con sus detalles bien definidos, con cinemáticas que son difíciles de olvidar, peleas épicas, persecuciones en motos, oportunidades de venganza, amor por todos lados.
Simplemente es una Obra Maestra🏆, yo no lo jugué en la consola original de PlayStation si no que tuve que esperar muchos años para tener un emulador de PlayStation en mi pc. Sin embargo, anteriormente lo había visto y me enamoré a primera vista. Yo creo que nadie se puede considerar un verdadero Gamers si al menos no has probado este maravilloso juegazo, si no lo has jugado aun ¿qué esperas? Final Fantasy VII es uno de los mejores juegos de su generación y con qué razón Madre Mía, recientemente le hicieron un Remake que está en proceso y está increíble😎.
