Splinterlands Battle - The Second Battle with Exploding Dwarf.

I'm attending the weekly battle challenge of splinterlands.
This week's theme is Exploding Dwarf and I'm playing with this monster for the second time this week.

Exploding Dwarf is a reward monster in fire splinter. This is a monster with melee attack and a nice ability.

This can level up to level 10 but for that I need a summoner of higher level also.
I don't have a summoner that's in higher level so I tried this monster on level 1 with my level 1 fire summoner.

Power: This is a nice card with 3 melee attack, 2 speed and 1 health in level 1.

Abilities: It has an ability named Blast in level 1.

Blast Ability:
Does additional damage to monsters adjacent to the target monster.
This ability can be found at level 1.

Battle Detail:
I played with fire monster team.

It was a battle of total 12 mana with one rule and that is-
Standard: No modification to the standard gameplay rules and mechanics.

Element: NEUTRAL
ATTACK: MELEE
ABILITIES: ENRAGE AT LEVEL 5

This is a neutral monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (0), Speed (1), Health (1).

It has one ability in the fifth level which is-
Enrage: Has increased melee attack and speed when damaged.

EXPLODING DWARF: FIRE MONSTER

Edition: REWARD
Rarity: COMMON
Element: FIRE
ATTACK: MELEE
ABILITIES: BLAST AT LEVEL 1, PIERCING AT LEVEL 3, RETALIATE AT LEVEL 6, TRAMPLE AT LEVEL 9.

This is a fire monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (3), Speed (2), Health (1).

It has one ability in the first level which is-
Blast: Does additional damage to monsters adjacent to the target monster.

And another ability in the third level which is-
Piercing: If melee or ranged attack damage is in excess of the target's armor, the remainder will damage the target's health.

And another ability in the sixth level which is-
Retaliate: When hit with a melee attack, monsters with retaliate have a chance of attacking their attacker.

And another ability in the ninth level which is-
Trample: When a monster with trample hits and kills its target, it will perform another attack on the next monster on the enemy team.

Rarity: RARE
Element: FIRE
ATTACK: MELEE
ABILITIES: HEAL AT LEVEL 1, RETALIATE AT LEVEL 5

This is a fire monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (2), Speed (3), Health (5).

It has one ability in the 1st level which is-
Heal: Restores a portion of the monster's health each round.
And another ability in the fifth level which is-
Retaliate: When hit with a melee attack, monsters with retaliate have a chance of attacking their attacker.

Battle Details

My Battle

Round 01

My enemy monster team started the battle with the first attack and killed my teams furious chicken with one hit then my teams exploding dwarf attacked on a enemy monster but another enemy monster died out of blast. Two monsters from both team died in this round.
Round 02

Enemy monster team attacked and killed my teams exploding dwarf in this round and no one else died in this round.
Round 03

Only monster cerberus of my team attacked the enemy front monster and enemy front monster lost some health then enemy front monster also attacked my teams cerberus but missed the attack.
Round 04

Again only monster cerberus of my team attacked the enemy front monster and enemy front monster lost more health then enemy front monster also attacked my teams cerberus and my teams cerberus lost some health this time.
Round 05

Only monster cerberus of my team healed and got back some health and then attacked and killed the enemy teams front monster.
Round 06

Only monster cerberus of my team healed again and got back more health and then attacked and killed the last enemy teams monster.
Then my team finished the battle in this round.
Battle Results

I was the winner of that battle with 72 points and 0.397 DEC.

Did my strategy work? What will I try differently next time?

Yes my strategy worked nicely and I might try similar monsters with nice powers next time when I do some battle.
